We needed to optimize our paid media spend and allocation to drive conversion, improve our email/Klaviyo setup, and enhance our website's conversion rate optimization. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measured success through revenue growth, customer acquisition, returning customer behavior, and overall marketing efficiency. SLT's work helped us improve performance across paid media by driving stronger revenue outcomes, bringing in new customers, and supporting repeat purchases from existing customers. We tracked MER to understand how efficiently our marketing spend contributed to total revenue, not just short-term ROAS. Our return customer rate for the last 12 months is 46%. Without sharing specific numbers, we can confirm that our revenue and number of customers increased after working with SLT Consulting. The work has helped us build a more scalable and sustainable growth engine, and was recognized with a Web Excellence Award.

We tried to go into programmatic paid advertising very early on, but our business wasn't ready for it. We probably jumped into programmatic prematurely and could have stopped the program earlier when we saw signs it wasn't working.

SLT Consulting's project management was good, although the delivery was delayed a bit. We had a tight scope and budget, so we didn't have much opportunity to go out of scope. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Check-ins to validate prompts provided to AI before starting generative AI would have saved time by reducing revisions. Also, the out-of-scope work guardrails could have been looser.

SLT Consulting has provided content management, content creation, and social media management services. They manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts. They also come up with ideas and then implement them to help us be more engaging, informative, and educational.

They’ve created content using our stock of photos and videos; they’ve just used what we had and leveraged the existing content to create something new. When we exhausted the existing content bank, SLT Consulting took it upon themselves to capture content from a tasting. Additionally, they respond to comments even though it wasn’t in the original scope; they’re able to jump in based on their knowledge of our brand. The team asks us when they have questions, but it’s almost like they have a bank of answers.

We have a team with a project manager, a social media content manager, and a strategy consultant. Additionally, their team members have acted as models and participants for photos and content.

We held a kick-off meeting that really set the ground work for the month long management. Over the weeks after the kickoff the team was in contact with me on keeping me up to date with any issues or concerns. After about the first couple weeks we had another call to touch base and we changed some of our plans.

I am the founder of Être, a mentorship platform for girls. We bring girls directly into companies they choose to meet female leaders face to face.

Our original website was built on a drag & drop platform, and was as handmade as it looked! I hired SLT to revamp the website, seeking the same energetic look and feel of our first book that was coming out the same year. We needed the site to host resources, mentor interviews, published articles and much more.

Sharon Thony had already been an enormous help to me when Être first built a social media presence, and when she launched SLT I jumped at the chance to work with her team. I knew she would collect the smartest & most creative team available, and I couldn't wait to link Être's future to that group.

Having our first website & book draft in hand, I worked with the SLT team to convey the Être vibe. They "got it" immediately, and I remember being thrilled every time a new page draft appeared on the screen. SLT revamped existing pages, helped to build new pages, and thoughtfully threaded new and engaging features across the platform. When we launched the new site on Être's 5th birthday, 100 girls joined the virtual reveal party and the SLT team walked them through their new "home" with joy.

We worked with 3 people on the website redesign, and we currently work with a team of 3 for website maintenance and social media planning.

Website traffic grew immediately and our integration of the social platforms with the new site demonstrated growth month on month as well. Their vision for us came through in the metrics exactly as they proposed.

Their creativity and willingness to dive into our audience were noteworthy. When SLT interacted with our girls for website postings or social media takeovers, the care with which they treated our audience was impressive - and our girls felt their input was truly valued.

We looked at a number of vendors through various referrals. We selected SLT because of their professionalism, experience and expertise with branding and because of the cost-efficiency of their proposal.

The project lasted 6 months and finished on time, ahead of the org 10th-anniversary celebration. There were bi-weekly meetings to review and give feedback on the progress. Once the branding was completed, we moved on to the website redesign. In addition to the bi-weekly meetings we were able to monitor changes via the staging site and email the design team with additional feedback.

Once approved, she built out the home page, collection pages, and product pages. Then she added and customized the relevant apps. Next phase was adding content (copy and images). Finally we tested the site and launched it on time. I was especially pleased with the videos the developer created to help train our team.
