What was the scope of their involvement?
SLT Consulting has provided content management, content creation, and social media management services. They manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts. They also come up with ideas and then implement them to help us be more engaging, informative, and educational.
They’ve created content using our stock of photos and videos; they’ve just used what we had and leveraged the existing content to create something new. When we exhausted the existing content bank, SLT Consulting took it upon themselves to capture content from a tasting. Additionally, they respond to comments even though it wasn’t in the original scope; they’re able to jump in based on their knowledge of our brand. The team asks us when they have questions, but it’s almost like they have a bank of answers.

We have a team with a project manager, a social media content manager, and a strategy consultant. Additionally, their team members have acted as models and participants for photos and content.

Over the weeks after the kickoff the team was in contact with me on keeping me up to date with any issues or concerns. After about the first couple weeks we had another call to touch base and we changed some of our plans.

An account manager, multiple social media team members, and a business developer. The process was extremely well kept and easy for myself to follow.

Having our first website & book draft in hand, I worked with the SLT team to convey the Être vibe. They "got it" immediately, and I remember being thrilled every time a new page draft appeared on the screen. SLT revamped existing pages, helped to build new pages, and thoughtfully threaded new and engaging features across the platform. When we launched the new site on Être's 5th birthday, 100 girls joined the virtual reveal party and the SLT team walked them through their new "home" with joy.

The project lasted 6 months and finished on time, ahead of the org 10th-anniversary celebration. There were bi-weekly meetings to review and give feedback on the progress. Once the branding was completed, we moved on to the website redesign. In addition to the bi-weekly meetings we were able to monitor changes via the staging site and email the design team with additional feedback.
