The project management of the website was the easiest I have experienced. The team embedded themselves within Pembroke and quickly became an extension to the team, they were knowledgeable, passionate, and went above and beyond, especially when hit with a curve ball. Their agile approach to project management and delivery made my role easier, 9 times out of 10, they pre-empted additional questions I had and if they didn't know the answer, they would find out and always come back to me in a timely manner, and if they couldn't achieve what was requested, they would always provide me with an alternative. The team always met deadlines provided and if there was unforeseen circumstances, Hex was quick to inform me if the deadlines wouldn’t be met, but would always provide a date to when the deliverable would be met.
