I'm the head of marketing for Prestige Granite and Marble, a quartz and granite fabricator and retailer.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with NPK Media?

We needed support to rebrand our company and have our social media, advertising, and website match our showroom and luxury brand feel. We also wanted to create content that separated us from our competitors and gave our customers a peek behind the curtain at our incredible factory showroom in Liverpool.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

NPK Media has been responsible for creating new billboards, scheduling content, creating graphics, and filming customers' houses and our team installing jobs. The team has also been tasked with expanding our presence on different platforms, supporting SEO and website management, and building us bespoke systems to help improve our communication between customers and simplify the process.

We found NPK Media through LinkedIn. We chose them over other options because they were close to our geographic location, and our company values aligned.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with NPK Media in August 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen a 40% growth on our social media and nearly a 20% increase in turnover between the first and 18th month of our engagement with NPK Media. We've also seen growth in our footfall. The combined efforts and ideas between us and NPK Media have been incredible; the process is so refined now that it's like clockwork.

How did NPK Media perform from a project management standpoint?

NPK Media's project management is so good that Stephen (Managing Director) never lets me down. The team is so reliable that nothing is too much to ask. We communicate through in-person meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by how NPK Media has adapted to a new category they had never worked in. I'm also impressed by how premium their content is and how there's a guy for everything in their team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for NPK Media to improve. Our communication is so strong that any problem is always resolved and discussed openly between us.
