I find it hard to imagine a scenario where a company like ours would be better served by another vendor or by an in-house team. Our auditor was dubious about our working with an offsite accountant, but after her experience with Jitasa and seeing the technology and processes in place, she is more than satisfied.

I know they have many more customers, but if there's an issue or problem, they are available right away. Sit down with John, and tell him about your goals and the areas of support you need. Ask for his input about the best type of service that his team can provide to your company. They were growing while we were growing, and we were both mutually figuring things out. There was just a constant dialogue around how to improve so that, if something wasn’t working, we could make a quick shift to resolve it. Finally, you should be transparent about if you want to see something different. They’re so easy to work with, but if you don’t ask for what you need, you’re not going to get it.
