I found Brandiaq through a Google search.

At Brandiaq they have an established, robust framework when it comes to delivering to clients. They start with a free discovery session where they ask about the project's needs, my needs as a client, about how I view a successful relationship with them, etc. This inspires trust.

I worked directly with their founder, a brand strategist and one of the designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A lot has happened due to their help and input. They first and foremost boosted my confidence and made me see my brand as another entity that is put here to help and solve problems for my respective customers.

I could see myself objectively and that helped set prices for my work that I, otherwise would never have dared to ask because I didn't think anyone would want to pay such amounts. But they do! Not only did I increase my prices, but I work now with other types of clients and that is actually the joy of it all!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We were in constant communication. I was involved in everything absolutely everything and I was comfortable with them. When it came to decision making, I trusted their perspective completely due to so much testing. They designed solutions based on customer research rather than opinion or preferences.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They give it all to your project. They brand you like they would brand themselves, I guess.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have liked to be able to schedule the meetings from a calendar or something, which I suggested to them and they actually took my advice and now one is able to schedule meetings through a third party software. Much easier and effective. I do this with my own clients, too. Other than that I would not change much. We had a great relationship. I come from a creative field as well, so we worked in symbiosis.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a pastor for the Copenhagen Community Church. We’re a small church that represents around 30 nations, and we work internationally in Denmark. Most of our work consists of helping people in need around the world.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brandiaq?

We were looking for a new design for our logo and how we presented ourselves, including a new website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brandiaq came up with a lot of ideas and changed our whole brand. They presented different colors, shapes, and designs, and we adjusted things along the way. Since we’re the Copenhagen Community Church, we wanted to add the cross into the logo and three C’s, and they worked it out amazingly.

We initially bombarded them with what we wanted, and they came back with many ideas and feedback. We sharpened it a little bit, and we took the first design they came up with because we were just blown away with it.

They also designed an entirely new website and did the whole thing on Wix so we could update it ourselves. It was complicated in the beginning because they didn’t normally use it, but we were all familiar with that system and didn’t have the technical skills to do changes and updates. Lastly, they helped us with SEO.

What is the team composition?

Two people were involved in the process, but we mainly worked with the designer.

How did you come to work with Brandiaq?

They were recommended to us. Brandiaq wasn’t too expensive, and things just fell into place. We had a meeting where we told them about our thoughts, and we connected with them, so we chose them.

How much have you invested in them?

We were treated very well by them. We didn’t have a lot of money, and we ended up paying around $4,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from June–August 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were amazed by their design, and we liked so many things in the logo. We now use their work in everything we do as a church. Overall, the collaboration was great because they had a lot of professional insights. They understood all the ideas that we had, and they still managed to get them down correctly.

Also, the site comes up in searches, and people think it’s beautiful. We don’t promote our church as a business because it’s all about people.

How did Brandiaq perform from a project management standpoint?

We were treated so well; they were great at everything. Brandiaq’s team worked hard, and they were very good-hearted towards us. They were nice people to work with and talk to, which made the whole process very easy. We still communicate with them, and we would definitely recommend them.

Most of the communication was face-to-face and through online meetings. We had meetings because we preferred that, and they were very willing to accommodate us. Additionally, we delivered things through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brandiaq was so generous towards us and did a lot of things that we didn’t pay for. They treated us so well. They didn’t use us just to make money. Their generosity, goodness of heart, and professionalism were what stood out for us. We felt like we were joining the family, and that connection made the difference for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s always hard to come up with something negative when people treat you so well. I can’t come up with anything they should do differently — it just was such an easy experience. They made changes with a good heart when we had feedback, and not everyone does that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Meet face to face. Since we connected by heart, it was an easy step-by-step process.

I saw their work and spoke with them. They suggested I rebrand and create a better logo.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I wanted something original, but I didn’t know how my logo should look. I let them take it from there. They understood what I wanted and made something amazing.

After they redesigned the logo, I decided to change all my social media. I am working with developers to rebuild the website.

I mostly worked with one of their graphic designers.

I found Brandiaq through networking. People told me that they could help me. I trusted those referrals and decided to try them out.

We worked together on this project from May to July 2016.

The results have been amazing. Everything changed after the logo update. People started to take my company more seriously, and I attracted more clients. I am now working with a Grammy winner from California.

They were amazing and very professional. I am really happy with everything they did. I was surprised because I didn’t expect it to be so good.

Their professionalism was impressive. I meet new people every day, and not many are as professional and passionate as them. They really satisfied my needs.
