Content Creation for Food Production Company
5.0 Apr 27, 2018I've worked with a number of account managers and they’ve all been fantastic. There hasn’t been any issue with transitioning the account to a new manager. They’re very efficient and responsive. We communicate mostly through the phone and email, and we use Google Hangouts during the actual video shoot. The Hangout allows us to virtually be present and provide real-time feedback. It's such a valuable tool that allows us to feel like we're in the room.

Every review on Clutch undergoes a rigorous, human-led verification process to make sure it’s valid. Our team of specialists confirms the identity of each reviewer, ensures the project is legitimate, and only publishes reviews that meet our strict criteria.
Verification doesn’t stop at the point of publication. Our Trust & Safety team routinely audits older reviews against our guidelines. When reviews fall short of our standards, we remove them.

- In-depth client interviews and ratings
- Comprehensive project details
- Market presence
- Portfolio examples and industry recognition
This data powers tools like the Leaders Matrix, which helps you compare agencies directly. Our research team curates rankings by weighing verified reviews most heavily, so the most trusted and experienced providers rise to the top.
Using this unique combination of verified client feedback and provider-supplied insights, Clutch distills the most important details into clear, digestible summaries so you have everything you need to make confident, informed decisions quickly.
We take fraud seriously. Providers who violate our guidelines may face lower rankings, restricted visibility, or removal from the platform altogether.

U.S. Corporate Video Production FAQs
U.S. agencies operate in some of the world’s most mature production markets, with access to seasoned crews, SAG-AFTRA talent, studio facilities, and cutting-edge post-production. If you need national distribution or multi-location shoots, U.S. firms often offer robust logistics, union and permitting expertise, and compliance for regulated sectors (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare, FINRA for finance). Their proximity to media centers like Los Angeles and New York also provides faster casting, specialized equipment rentals, and strong creative direction aligned to U.S. audiences.
Budgets vary thanks to factors such as concept, crew size, talent, and post-production complexity. On Clutch, most American corporate video production firms charge:
- Entry-level corporate or company profile videos: $5,000 – $15,000
- Mid-range brand or product videos with motion graphics: $15,000 – $50,000
- High-production commercial or multi-day shoots: $50,000 – $250,000+
Typical ranges you might see: - Day rates: Producer or director of photography often $800 – $2,500 per day; crew members $75 – $150 per hour - Studio/location fees, permits, and insurance add to costs - Post-production (editing, color, audio, animation): $100 – $250 per hour
Use Clutch filters to compare quotes and review scopes side by side, especially when evaluating commercial video production or broader corporate video production services.
U.S. corporate video production providers support a wide mix of sectors, including:
- Technology and SaaS — product demos, explainers, and launch assets
- Healthcare and life sciences — patient stories, training, and compliant messaging
- Financial services — brand films, thought leadership, and recruiting content
- Manufacturing and industrial — plant tours, safety training, and case studies
- Consumer brands and retail — commercials, UGC-style content, and social ads
- Higher education and nonprofits — fundraising, admissions, and impact videos
Many studios also offer bilingual talent and localization for global campaigns.
- Clarify goals and KPIs – brand lift, leads, recruitment, or training outcomes
- Review portfolios relevant to your format
- Ask for detailed scopes — concepting, pre-pro, shoot days, post, deliverables, usage rights
- Validate production logistics — permits, insurance, union rules, and on-site safety
- Confirm post-production workflow — review cycles, color, sound mix, captions, and accessibility
- Check client reviews and results on Clutch to gauge reliability and communication
Shortlist 2–3 firms, then request creative treatments and comparable budgets to evaluate value, not just price.
- Vague scopes without storyboards, shot lists, or a call sheet
- Overreliance on stock footage in reels without real case outcomes
- No proof of insurance, unclear permits, or limited safety planning
- Missing usage/licensing terms for music, talent, or footage
- Unrealistic timelines that compress pre-production or approvals
- No plan for captions, accessibility, or compliance in regulated industries
- Limited transparency on crew composition, subcontractors, or revision policy
Understanding how these red flags could impact your video production project helps you spot them from a mile away. Don’t hesitate to continue your search when you see any of these warning signs.
