We needed to design and develop an internal website to share resources globally.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CMG Digital provided complete creative design and development for our website. The deliverables were creative files and a website embedded within our internal company systems in alignment with our internal company policy.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

CMG Digital delivered a finalized and functioning website compliant with our internal policy. We measured our progress by the delivery of individual subpages from a creative and development perspective. We also received positive feedback from internal users around the globe, including major markets. The team also implemented analytics on the site so usage data will be available.

How did CMG Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

CMG Digital’s project management was exceptional. They delivered everything according to the plan. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and a messaging app.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As we developed the designs, each deliverable demonstrated progress. The visuals and impact of the creativities were outstanding.

Amazing. The relationship and comprehension were great. In fact, we went through all the projects with excellent results not speaking our native language and it was impressive how well we got to understand each other. They operate perfectly in the delivery of each asset.

Creativity! It was impressive the final KV results. They had a significant impact on our company and were agronomically correct throughout.

The site has maintained a high level of efficiency and performance with no major outages in the 2 years since I took over the role.

They are very timely and responsive and provide daily updates via email or chat as well as provide weekly meetings to review current and upcoming projects. Nothing gets missed.
