Making requests is much easier than what we’ve experienced before. Vertical Computers has a four-hour maximum response time, even if it’s just to say that they’ll work on it tomorrow morning. Vertical Computers is always trying to give us the best cost scenario; they always have our best interest and budget in mind. Vertical Computers really cares about us.
