We also held Zoom meetings, test live over the phone, and meet with the development team. Their communication was refreshing. Menlo Technologies, on the other hand, was very responsive.
We decided quickly on an agile development style and workflow, and they were very responsive while working that way. Our teams use Slack to collaborate. They’ve been very communicative in that, too. Because of all this, we’re able to ask them for their product and tech opinions and build collaboratively.
They performed excellently, responsive and communicative throughout. Our teams used Basecamp, but if there were ever issues, they were happy to jump on a call. We also had weekly standup meetings and were in contact multiple times each week.
