The communication was fantastic. If I had a question or something about the upcoming step that we were going to proceed with, we’re talking maybe an hour tops for a reply, which is phenomenal. They followed up continuously and they followed up immediately after the project was completed, and probably every other day for the first week or so, and then once a week for a few weeks just to make sure everything was going as it should be. Affirma essentially held our hands in a very professional and not overbearing kind of way.
