Key achievements/outcomes were: Timely delivery: the project milestones were achieved on, and in some cases ahead of schedule. One of the key reasons for success with Tapadoo was the excellent communication with them. We had regular check-ins meetings where they updated us on progress, discussed solutions, addressed our feedback, and adjusted plans when needed.
