Devexperts provided a customized white-label trading platform with multi-exchange connectivity. Nice FIX API integration for algo execution, and dynamic risk controls.
Key deliverables included our own branded web-based terminal, sandbox environment for UAT, integration with our proprietary signal engine. 24/7 infrastructure monitoring with SLA-based support was supplied as well.

I gotta say that the team of DXtrade is pretty solid and they are the professionals of their job, and this was already obvious on the first meeting where we discussed the scope of the project. IT was improtant for us to make sure that they understand it would not be another trading firm that has no unique traits to offer, and got all the objectives pretty great.
We talked and discussed challenges, and provided them with our vision on the numbers as drawdown limits, profit plan, number of days traded and etc. Regarding the trading styles and some extra rules, we didn't have anything strict, the goal was to make sure a trader can utilize any position they can to earn.
Another important aspect was the payment system that allows traders to pay to get funded, and it's great that they understood what we want from them here, as we planned to offer a discount system that drops the price by 12% for the next challenge for lower amounts, and 6% for larger equity.

We saw the finished product and how we can implement it with our challenges. it was just how we wanted them, this is the most important.
Payment system was smooth, options were as we discussed and wtihdrawals were implemented correctly as well.

Their manager which was assigned to our project showed great professionalism and willingness to listen and help from the beginning, attitude is an important thing, and he was more than friendly here. Luckiliy, we didn't have to change much in the course of production stages, so there was just clear communication and progress reports from him, great job.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As I've said in the section before, the most impressive thing was sticking to the plan and giving us exactly what we needed. Our needs were a bit specific on the drawdown limit, as they were variable depending on daily drawdowns, but they still implemented it nicely.
The costs as well, didn't expect it to be this reasonable, and glad to know that greed isn't a factor here.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Devexperts could have done differently?

Well I can't really tell you guys how to do your job better, as the service we recieved was 5/5. However, if you want to improve a bit further, I would hire a design specialist and make other variations of your product to show to potential businesses, rather than just all dark theme.

The unique point of our company is the account statuses and the progression, as it would not be as profitable to buy a better account level. Creating a system that rewards trading (amount and effectiveness) that would eleveate the level after some metrics are reached, this was discusses when we met up with a dedicated manager. He seemed to understand how we wanted this whole gig to look, and it was a good sign from the beginning.
Standard deliverables on platforms, they need to be optimized and have enough analytical tools to offer comfortable trading to those who use different styles, and one thing that we asked for is minimum difference in trading comfort from the phone and webtrader.
One of the key deliverables as well was the creation of system that allows the upgrade of levels. The design of levels was discusses as well, the requirement for deposit, profit % for no deposit, top fixed spreads for each pair and other perks as the levels go higher.

We got the platforms on time, without any delays - this was super important.
It was a full white label solution indeed, fully branded platform and mobile app with our names and logo
Accounts were implemented almost as we wanted, a good result.

To my surprise, the manager was paying full attention and did not try to alter the deliverables to improve efficiency, as account system was an important part of our startup. He was always on line when we needed him, responsive and short (to the point), a good quality to have.

The professionalism and skills of their software developers cannot be denied — they were masters of their work. Plus, the cost of this whole operation, having spent below $10k for this project is truly affordable, great options for those who want to start up their business even from a small idea.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Devexperts could have done differently?

The quality could have been a little better, as there were some minor flaws on the platorm and accounts that we asked to re-do, and they did it on time, which is a big plus.

We chose DXtrade Crypto as a ready-to-use platform for our business. Our requirements included spot and margin trading functionality (web, iOS, and Android), a crypto OMS, and a configurable broker backend, all under our brand.

The main challenge was facilitating seamless switching between spot and margin crypto trading.

Next, we configured withdrawal procedures and spot account metrics, such as indicative balances and the ability to lock funds in use for active orders.

The platform also features a Funds widget that breaks down the balances of a cash account. We customized the trading platform to reflect our brand identity.

The final setup stage involved integrating the platform with our trading servers and performing subsequent load testing. Since DXtrade already includes integration with crypto liquidity hubs, payment providers, and cryptocurrency wallets, the setup process took only two weeks.

Thus, we met our tight deadlines, and the brokerage was ready to be launched on schedule.
