Solvers was hired to establish the creative vision and create a unique and delightful digital user experience as as part of our project to re-platform and redesign our digital assets, both on the pubic site for prospective users, and the millions of existing users as they accessed their banking and loyalty services.

We conducted an extensive RFP; Solvers came highly recommended from Mastercard. They also stood out for their previous work with some of the most well known brands in FINTECH

The project required a redesign of our public facing and secure digital experiences. It was also our first time launching iOS and Android applications. We operated in design sprints, with Solvers delivering designs on a predetermined fashion to the delivery teams. Included in the design process included early prototype testing as well as user validation and usability testing

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Project was launched on time and in-scope. We successfully enrolled millions of our active users onto the new platform and saw great feedback from users. Digital enrollment penetration currently exceeds our industry benchmarking.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They were absolutely professional when it came to their work. They worked will with not only our internal teams, but also the patch work of vendors we brought on to facilitate the work.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What's most impressive and unique about Solvers is their commitment to what's right for the customer and their clients. On numerous times, Solvers went above and beyond and exceeded expectations and scope based on signals we saw from user research. It showed a commitment to ensuring that we, the client were able to provide a quality experience for our users - they made us look like rock stars
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Direct face time with design leads was challenging with the remote work, but we were able to hit all required deliverables and milestones.

Their great communication throughout the engagement was impressive. We understood timelines, when the next milestone would be coming up, any risks/issues etc. Weekly design reviews were welcomed as well. We used online collaboration tools to ensure everyone was in sync.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Solvers have a lot of experience in designing FinTech and payments solutions, and this experience was evident throughout our entire engagement. They produced some beautiful designs, helped us navigate some big product unknowns and validate new ideas on end-users which all resulted in us creating the great experiences and features our customers love today. We’d definitely work with Solvers again.
