Solvers is an experience design agency that specializes in creating websites and apps for brave global brands and ambitious growing startups. We support our clients through any stage of the experience design process, whether that be proving new ideas, creating and validating new solutions or improving existing solutions. However, unlike other agencies who neglect consumer feedback and rush into the development of solutions, we validate the user experience of our solutions before we write a single line of code. To validate the user experience of our solutions, we help our clients connect directly to the wants, needs, and pains of their users through user research, integrated user testing and prototyping - testing early and often with real people to gather feedback about our designs. Only after users have accepted a solution do we begin to build. This approach forms a co-creation triangle of Solvers, our clients, and their users, and helps us stay in touch with business and user needs throughout the entire process. The project required a redesign of our public facing and secure digital experiences. It was also our first time launching iOS and Android applications. We operated in design sprints, with Solvers delivering designs on a predetermined fashion to the delivery teams. Included in the design process included early prototype testing as well as user validation and usability testing

Project was launched on time and in-scope. We successfully enrolled millions of our active users onto the new platform and saw great feedback from users. Digital enrollment penetration currently exceeds our industry benchmarking.

They were absolutely professional when it came to their work. They worked will with not only our internal teams, but also the patch work of vendors we brought on to facilitate the work.

What's most impressive and unique about Solvers is their commitment to what's right for the customer and their clients. On numerous times, Solvers went above and beyond and exceeded expectations and scope based on signals we saw from user research. It showed a commitment to ensuring that we, the client were able to provide a quality experience for our users - they made us look like rock stars

Direct face time with design leads was challenging with the remote work, but we were able to hit all required deliverables and milestones.

Solvers have a lot of experience in designing FinTech and payments solutions, and this experience was evident throughout our entire engagement. They produced some beautiful designs, helped us navigate some big product unknowns and validate new ideas on end-users which all resulted in us creating the great experiences and features our customers love today. We’d definitely work with Solvers again.
