I'm the CEO of of a B2B HRtech SaaS company specializing in health and wellness.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sommo, and what were your goals?

We hired Sommo to build a no-code/low-code MVP for us to test a new market. Our objective was to bring something to market in 90 days for at/under $10.000 investment.

After multiple calls with other agencies and providers, we felt Sommo was the most experienced, knowledgable and responsive.

The scope was comprehensive, from ideation, defining, storyboarding, wireframing, designing, developing and testing the MVP from start to finish. Key technologies included Bubble, AWS, Figma, Webflow, Finch API, Amplitude analytics and SendGrid.

We began working with the cofounder and continued our work with a project manager, lead developer and a designer. We also had direct interaction with several other developers to throughout the build.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The MVP was delivered on-time and on-budget. Critically important to the success was nailing the concept, definition and logic of the web app prior to writing any code. Their ability to understand the problem, define the solution and implement the logic into the final deliverable was very impressive.

Key to the success was having a dedicated project manager during the sprints. This kept everyone and everything on track and well-communicated throughout. We had direct access to them on our own Slack channel and often received answers immediately and never more than 24 hours. Email, Notion and Google Drive were also used.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed, knowledge, and ability to turn an idea into a working SaaS prototype were outstanding. The communication was exceptional as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. We will be hiring Sommo again for future projects. 100% satisfied.

I’m the co-founder of a psychologist marketplace Rozmova. We curate the best psychologists in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, and match them with clients are looking for the mental health therapists.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sommo, and what were your goals?

As an early-stage startup, we had to launch fast, onboard the first customers, and iterate the product rapidly. Originally, we wanted to move forward with the traditional coding app, but then understood that no-code solution can be 5x faster/cheaper. Our initial goal was to develop the marketplace application (we stopped on Bubble as the main platform) and the website (we stopped on Webflow for the website/blog).

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We asked for recommendations from friends, and checked ranking sites (like Clutch), shortlisted 5 companies that we believed could be the best match for us. Had an interview with all of them, received their proposals and reviewed all of the proposals. We selected Sommo because of their deep experience in both native development and no-code development, great cases, and fully-versatile team that could help us with almost any request: design, no-code, website, prototyping. Sommo also underwood well our need and focus, and offered the solution that worked best for us: quick MVP launch, and ongoing support/iterations after that.

The core of our platform is a web-based marketplace built on Bubble. We delivered it in the first 3 months of work. After the initial scoping, Sommo team helped us make a beautiful UI design, and then develop & launch it on Bubble. There’s also an internal “admin” system that we use internally to onboard psychologists/manage payments, etc. Another part is the Website. We initially built it also on Bubble (cos it was faster, we needed to launch quickly). But faced some performance and SEO challenges (cos Bubble is not really designed for static CMS websites).

So we decided to move to Webflow. Thankfully, the Sommo team is also very capable in Webflow, and helped us launch the site very fast. Also, Sommo team helped us set up many integrations and automations (such as automatically issuing invoice, processing payments, creating chats client-patient), and integrating analytics and reporting. There are many-many integrations and bots that we built together with Sommo.

Vlad & Anna — no-code developers who built the Bubble app. Oleh — UI/UX designer who helped design it. Bohdan — Webflow developer. Sofia — Project manager. Great advantage of working with Sommo is that we could increase/decrease the team size and workload according to the project needs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Most importantly, we were able to launch very fast, within 2 months after the first version. It gave us an opportunity to onboard the first therapists and users, and gather valuable feedback. Based on the feedback, we improved the platform, started doing PPC ads, and grew rapidly. It allowed us to reach the breakeven point in 6 months after launch and secure funding from investors. Users love our platform, since it’s very intuitive, beautiful, and easy to use. And they are impressed with the rapid iterations that we make

We communicated primarily in Slack / email. Tasks and Requirements were in Notion, where we tracked the progress and planned the next work. We have weekly check-ins over Google Meet (and ad-hoc meetings if needed). Design is in Figma (where we also collaborate on the wireframes, prototypes, UX/UI).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed how fast we could deliver the platform with no-code. And how reliable and high-quality it proved to be. I thought it’s impossible to get speed, low cost and high quality at the same time. But Sommo and no-code opened my mind to it. And it was very easy to work with Sommo. They are genuinely passionate about the product, constantly share new ideas, and find creative solutions. It’s a pleasure working together.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, don’t know what to share. We’re very happy overall with the collaboration.

I am the co-founder of a B2B gifting platform company based out of Dubai. We offer transparent pricing and customised solutions in the corporate gifting industry.

We worked with No Code No Problem for our main website. We wanted to build an MVP quickly and go to market to validate our business model. Our goal was to build a functional website that is easy to manage in-house. We were advised to use Webflow and Bubble.io to achieve our goals and we are SOO happy with the result.

We searched online for bubble.io developers and conducted many video calls before finalising with No Code No Problem. The founders were very friendly and provided many project references. After the second call, it was very easy to make our final decision and go with No Code No Problem for our web development project.

First, we worked on the project specifications using google docs. Then we worked on the mock-ups using Figma. After that, the team starting to build the application on Webflow and Bubble.io respectively. The project’s deliverables were tracked using google docs and Airtable.

There were 4 people assigned to the project. Andriy was the project manager. Kateryna was the UI / UX designer who worked on the wireframes on Figma and Webflow. Evgenia was the bubble developer and Maxim was the tech lead.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our friends and peers were impressed with the website at launch and so were we! The pages load quickly and are easy to navigate.

We had weekly calls to discuss the project status. Daily communications were done on Slack, Airtable and google meets when required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

No Code No Problem had a lot of experience with bubble.io and ecommerce applications. Their communication and method to scope the project and assign a reasonable timeless was very impressive. Even when we had some difficult questions, Andriy was able to break it down to explain them to us and the developer.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. We are very pleased with how we worked together with No Code No Problem from start to finish. I wished that they would offer some SEM services as well :)

We had a goal to migrate our website from Tilda to Webflow. And to develop a couple of MVPs/product ideas to test hypotheses before developing them with the main dev team.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We asked our friends/colleagues for recommendations. One of the recommendations was NCNP. We had an intro call, shared our needs, and they offered us a proposal that we couldn't resist. They were very responsive, had similar cases in the portfolio, it felt like the right match.

We've worked with NCNP (No Code No Problem team since the beginning of 2021). They helped us tremendously to migrate our website https://plai.team from Tilda to Webflow. They analyzed the existing site, deeply understood our niche, created and executed the migration plan, and suggested many parts to improve.

The migration took about 2 months. After the migration, we saw a 20% increase in traffic and a reduction in bounce rate on the website, the feedback from users was very positive. After that, we continued our collaboration working on the Bubble projects. We tested and developed multiple MVP/product ideas. NCNP team helped us implement and validate them with real users in a matter of weeks. We were impressed with NCNP speed and quality. That way we could launch several test MVPs in 2 months.

3-4 people worked with us. Oleh, the UX/UI designer, worked on the design and the Webflow. Roman analyzed requirements and created specifications, was like a product consultant. Vlad and Evgeniya were bubble developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Among the measurable metrics, we saw a 20% increase in traffic for the website and a meaningful (~15%) reduction in the bounce rate. Developing our hypothesis on Bubble first, we saved many months of work (I cannot even tell how many, but a lot).

We communicated first over email, and then switched primarily to Slack. We had 2-3 calls every week to sync on the task and the details and discussed other questions that came up in Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We did the website migration quite fast and they were able to produce new features on bubble almost every week. Their speed was probably the most impressive part of working with No Code No Problem.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't know, cannot think about anything big. There were some limitations of Bubble that we faced working on one of the features, would be great if they could have communicated about it in advance, but it wasn't really their fault, also a miscommunication from our side.

It took me a long time to find a team that could help with site design and branding exactly the way I see it. Having conducted interviews with No code no problem, we quickly found common ground and all my doubts have disappeared
