We did have a pretty bad firewall issue that had a real bad impact on our network. They were able to secure us a replacement firewall, and get it up and configured, in a very timely fashion. While we were down, we were severely hampered, but they were very time-efficient. We were definitely impressed with their response time and their status reports. We never felt left in the dark.

BRAINSUM has told me that their best developer is working on our account — they invest in and prioritize their relationship with us. In addition, our weekly meetings with BRAINSUM’s team help mitigate the potential downsides of working with a cross-cultural team. They’ve been very accommodating. At one point, one of our managers even visited and spent a few days with them in Hungary. They’re not always the best at updating on email, particular with a project status update or delay. When our team has an issue, and we email them, they work to resolve it quickly, but they aren't always quick to send us email updates. We’ve had productive conversations about this issue, and come up with some prioritization tactics. Lately, they’ve been working hard to give us a heads up when they encounter delays.

More often than not, they complete their work on time. Finally, they’re highly dependable; in many situations, they go beyond what we ask from them. They’re truly reliable.
