The company that I work for is the largest integrated energy Company in Southern and Eastern Europe and is active along the energy value chain: from exploration and production of oil and gas to refining and fuels distribution and further on to power generation and marketing of gas and power, providing the energy needed for day-to-day modern life: fuels for mobility, energy for light, and heat.

The initial knowledge ramp-up period of 2-3 months was efficient, using shadowing and on-spot training, which facilitated a deep understanding of our processes and requirements. Their root analysis and development of both temporary workarounds and permanent fixes were crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of these systems.
