We worked with Cluedit on a broader end-client project where, alongside a custom digital product layer, the client needed a structured Salesforce Service Cloud setup to support customer service operations.
Our goal was to involve a partner who could take ownership of the Salesforce service design side of the project, translate business requirements into a workable process model, and ensure that the CRM layer supported real-life operational needs rather than just technical implementation requirements.
A secondary goal was to get practical guidance on where newer AI supported capabilities, including Agentforce, could support the service workflow in a realistic and useful way.

Cluedit was responsible for the Salesforce Service Cloud consulting and implementation scope within the wider project. (Mindtech was responsible for the broader digital product scope, including the design and development of a custom web-based service portal and the surrounding workflow experience.)
Cluedit helped define how the service operation should work in practice, how cases should move through the process, how ownership and escalation should be handled, and how Salesforce could support the client’s day-to-day service model in a structured way. A major part of their contribution was turning partially defined business expectations into a clear service workflow model. This included case handling logic, queue structure, routing principles, role and responsibility mapping, and the configuration approach needed to support those processes in Service Cloud. They also helped shape reporting visibility and operational logic so the client would not just have a functioning system, but one that was manageable and scalable. In addition to the core implementation, Cluedit also provided advisory input on selected AI supported opportunities in the service flow (like Agentforce related ideas).
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Cluedit’s work created a much clearer operational structure on the Salesforce side of the project. One of the biggest improvements was that service workflows became more defined and more scalable than they had been at the start of the engagement.
Outcomes were: a clearer case handling model with better routing and ownership, a Service Cloud setup closely aligned with the service responsibilities and handoff points, improved process visibility for the client, identification of new AI support opportunities within the service workflows
From our perspective, the key success factor was that Cluedit helped turn service-related ambiguity into a structured operating model inside Salesforce. That had a direct impact on the quality and usability of the overall solution.
