Hapy Co delivered on time and responded well to our needs. If there were revisions within our contract, they revised it right away. The challenges were more about the availability of information on our end, and they made constant follow-ups. This had a big impact on the timely finish of the project. We communicated through Basecamp and email. Every week, there were deliverables. The deliverables were the initial app design with key screens and user flow, the basic functionality to scan and display text/image content, the Firebase Realtime Database set up for QR code data, and the integration of sign-up, login, and guest access. After four weeks, the deliverables were the complete MVP, the finalized UI for seamless navigation, the setup of basic notifications via Firebase, full testing on iOS/Android, including offline functionality, the app submitted to App Store and Google Play, and the provision of code, project files, and documentation.
