We have hired a resource, who have put lot of effort in analysing the issue and conversing back & forth with multiple stakeholders for the Kount integration and he completed the integration for the mobile and desktop in a short span of time.

One of the SFCC hire have done great Job in completing Product automation in SFCC. Automating Product upload into SFCC is a very complex task. The guidance which he gave to SFCC and middleware team regarding xml construction accelerated the project completion. He also helped a lot in identifying the issues and fixing it on time. 

Really awesome effort done to replace the manual uploading of products which was case for many years before, which a great business value addition. Responsibility he took on the technical side really helped the team to complete the project soon and we haven’t faced any major issue during Production rollout.

Resource put in a lot of effort in analysing the issue and conversing back & forth with multiple stakeholders for the Kount integration and he completed the integration for the mobile and desktop in a short span of time. When there was production issue reported in the integration after it went live, Resource helped the team to find the root cause quickly. 

The business value increased by declining/stopping the fraudulent orders by validating them in Kount. Resource did a great job in clarifying clients doubt and making them understand what is happening in the application with valid data proof. We were happy to have a resource on the team who helped us solve many of the business priority issues we faced last year.

We hired Webville to develop the mobile App which can create the community of professional locally and globally, primary objective is to spread the ethos of 'Being Ethical'

We searched for vendor at many location including online. We narrow down to webville based on history of the project they have worked, completed, effective timeline and reduced cost

After series of discussion with Webville, we noticed they understand our concept and idea. They manage to articulate our ideas and put into wireframe design. It is very impressive on the 1st cut. Then they design the screen look and feel which was very excellent. Subsequently with 4 months they managed to complete the project and delivered to us for testing. Subsequently we did some change request as the business need changes . Finally the project went live in Nov 19. Developed in both IOS and Android

The team consist of 1 project manager, 3 programmer and 1 screen design .

We presented to the management team and feedback was very good. With minor fine-tuning, the project went live. We launched to small group of 20 + people. The experience is good

Communication between us and the team is good. Our communication is through Skype and Team. The team is always available for any support

It is the team. The team has deep knowledge in mobile development. The team has ability to suggest alternative options to make the product the best.

Webvillee Technology Pvt. Ltd developed the backend and frontend for a ticket sales system. The team also built a mobile application for both iOS and Android. There is a ticket reader app as well as a customer app, which they developed from scratch.

We engaged Webvillee to develop an app that connects with a training equipment that we make. Utilising IOT and the app, user can track their training performance. We were also migrating the app as offline to online where they can store their data online, allowing them to retain and access their data from different devices.

What were your goals for this project?

The solution had to replace the previous functionality with improved UI/UX. As the new app provides more information to our users, there was a big redesign and with more data processing required. Both backend and frontend development were required.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The app serves as an analytical tool for trainers/coaches to observe performance of their athletes. Or for users to understand how well they are training with our equipment. The development of this projects attracted more sales with our equipment.

The project is well communicated as the team had a project manager. Replies and actions were prompt and they deliver milestones and builds on time unless there were unforeseen circumstances.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team is well rounded and cover almost all aspect of software development. They were also quick to adapt as we changed our mode of management several times, which they were responsive and fast.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Perhaps providing constant documentation of the app and web. However this was not discussed and asked for from the start. Allowing additional members to join in this project and learn would not be as steep if there were constant update in documentation.
