We follow the Scrum methodology and work in two-week sprints. Their developers work remotely, but they occasionally visit us, and we have team get-togethers once or twice a year. They’re very active on Slack and other communication channels. They also attend our daily team meetings via Slack, Chime, or some Webex alternative, and they join in as any other team member would.

Client environment was way more complex than initially described and security issues surfaced during the process but everything was fixed at client's satisfaction, due to diligence and dedication of Denologix team. Denologix does not hesitate to do what is required to make sure the client is happy and satisfied. They have continued to provide support even when there was no budget. We were so happy with this customer centric attitude that, without Denologix solicitation, we went back to the end-customer and asked to compensate Denologix for their extra effort, the end-customer recognized it and agreed to compensate at least partially for Denologix’ additional effort.

Fintelics’ project management style is great. They’ve assigned a dedicated project manager to us, and they’re highly transparent. In fact, we have access to all their internal tools, such as Trello — they share everything with us 100% of the time. For comparison, the previous company we’ve worked with has left us in the dark, and that’s been frustrating for us. By contrast, Fintelics has been transparent and communicative all the time. In fact, we’ve had daily meetings with the project manager to communicate everything on our end prior to the website’s launch. They’ve assigned tasks quickly, giving us feedback on the same day. Meanwhile, we’ve used various tools to communicate. Most of the time, we use Slack, where we have a channel dedicated to the project. I also have access to their mobile phone numbers and messenger IDs. As a result, even when I’m on the move, I can access their team members.
