We redesign workflows and build the AI to run them
We find where AI pays, redesign the workflows, build the needed AI solutions, and stay through launch and adoption. Get started with a complimentary half-day workshop for executive teams at architech.ca/jumpstart
Most mid-market operators have workflows that are slow, manual, and costly because the systems and data around them were built before AI. The hard part is rarely the AI. It is choosing the right workflow, getting the data and security right, and building something that runs reliably in the live operation.
What we build:
GenAI applications: document intake, review, and summarization that keep people in the loop
Agentic workflows: AI that moves work between people and systems, with defined scope and human accountability
Decision tools: underwriting, acquisition, and planning workbenches that pull from many systems and show their sources
Integrations: connecting AI to your ERP, CRM, and line-of-business systems
Data foundations: secure access to your data so every AI workflow after the first starts on solid ground
Customer-facing assistants that book, triage, and answer at volume
How we work:
Built in your own cloud, on Azure and Anthropic’s Claude - your data stays with you
Security, privacy, and governance designed in up front
You own the IP. The code and the solution are yours
We use AI across our own development lifecycle, so builds move faster without cutting corners on testing
Before AI, we built at scale. Now we build AI into how work gets done.

client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CTO of a healthcare systems company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Architech?
We needed to build an SDK that would interface with one of our core technologies.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Architech built an SDK that allowed us to embed our technology into our clients’ native mobile applications. The team started by understanding the scope of the project and what we were trying to achieve. They then learned how our solution worked, its capabilities, and how data interfaced with it.
Architech also learned about the infrastructure we deployed on and how the SDK supported it. The team then updated and maintained the SDK. Throughout the process, they tested the product and provided updates, taking feedback based on our preferences.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two mobile developers, a QA engineer, a project manager, and a UX/UI engineer.
How did you come to work with Architech?
I met Architech at a Young Presidents’ Organization event. Their knowledge and experience in delivering enterprise-grade, mission-critical mobile app development capabilities were very critical in choosing them. We operate in a highly regulated and sensitive space, so quality and stability mattered. The confidence that Architech projected in their ability to deploy enterprise-grade services was also very critical for us.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $70,000 CAD.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from December 2023–April 2024.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Architech helped us release a product we couldn't have built internally. We would've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars building it. We didn't have the knowledge or expertise, so we would've had to hire more people to build additional functionality and capabilities. Overall, they helped us save around $250,000 CAD.
Maintaining a happy client and contract was also important. This was an important strategic initiative for us, and the cost savings were important. However, strategically, maintaining a good relationship with our clients was the most important thing for us.
How did Architech perform from a project management standpoint?
The communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. They delivered on time and within budget. For context, it was our first time engaging with a team like Architech, so there were growing pains on both sides. However, that wasn't a knock on them.
At the executive level, we used email and video conferences to communicate. At the team level, Architech used Jira as their project management interface.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Architech brought a level of knowledge and expertise to the entire end-to-end process. For organizations looking to get a really high-quality product, Architech can be hands-off. We had a lot of confidence that they had all the resources to get the product from initiation to completion and eventually off-boarded into a support model.
We'd worked with some younger organizations before, and they could only handle part of the process. As a result, a bulk of the effort had to be on the parent organization hiring them. They had to do a lot of the project management, design, and release. Architech, on the other hand, had the resources to handle the entire end-to-end process.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The overall attention to some minor details regarding the UX could have been improved. The UX designers were there, but the experience wasn't as crisp, tight, and seamless. Before the product came to me, it could've been looked at more by the developer, designer, and QA. There were a couple of bugs, so they could tighten that up a little bit.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ultimately, clients have to own the final product. Architech can only be as productive and helpful if you have the corresponding internal support to take the product after they deliver it to you. Make sure you can do the QA and on-demand support. If you don’t have the internal resources to do it, then plan to make sure Architech is going to be doing that for you on an ongoing basis.

We focus on holistic longevity management through our SHIFT™ framework, which integrates financial, health, social, intellectual, and time capital for lasting well-being.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Architech?
We needed help deciding where AI should start in our business. We wanted to rank our firm's candidate workflows with our executive team and agree on the top three worth rebuilding.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
For each of the top three workflows, Architech defined how the workflow would change, where AI agents, generative AI, machine learning, or plain automation would fit, which steps would stay with people, and what the redesigned workflow would look like from start to finish. The main deliverable was a scorecard we could reuse to screen future AI ideas on systems readiness, executive conviction, value, feasibility, and risk.
What is the team composition?
We worked with 2–5 teammates from Architech.
How did you come to work with Architech?
They were referred to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, a great culture fit, good value for cost, and company values aligned with ours.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from August–September 2026.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Architech created more efficient ways for us to do our job, particularly regarding client service and internal monitoring against our stated client service objectives. For example, we now have real-time access to client onboarding progress, which we can share with our clients to improve their experience and happiness with our firm. Overall, our client satisfaction and onboarding times have improved dramatically.
How did Architech perform from a project management standpoint?
They were incredibly punctual, kept us informed at every step, and delivered results that exceeded our expectations regarding time, quality, and cost. Our primary forms of communication were in-person and virtual meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Architech's team were amazing listeners. We were blown away by how much time they took to research our industry and our firm. They were prepared and well-informed when we met with them. Their listening skills and the time they took to do their homework made working together so easy. They truly were amazing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren't any. They were amazing.
