As for communication, we usually use email. We also have group Zoom calls, during which they show me videos as examples of things to give me some ideas. I really like our Zoom calls because we communicate with the whole team, so we can hear everyone's perspective. To date, our communication is very good — not too much or too little. They keep reaching out every few months to see how things are going.
