      Project management and communication have been excellent. Brendan is our main point of contact and has been incredibly responsive, approachable and easy to work with. What I've appreciated most is how collaborative the relationship feels. I'm quite hands-on with our marketing and I'm not afraid to question things or provide fairly direct feedback when I think something isn't working. Brendan has always welcomed that rather than becoming defensive, and we can have an open discussion about what we're seeing from both sides and agree on what to change. It genuinely feels like we're working together towards the same goal rather than having a traditional client and agency relationship, and that's probably the thing I've valued most about working with Exposure Ninja so far.
