I’m the director of Swole Panda Ltd., a company that designs and produces high-quality, long-lasting sustainable clothing and accessories, including bamboo socks, recycled plastic belts, and REFIBRA clothing, with a focus on comfort and eco-friendly materials.

We hired Sellonics to help us with Amazon FBA growth and profitability, as well as to improve our brand identity across Amazon.

Sellonics provides full PPC management, including daily optimization, scaling strategy, keyword and bid management, and weekly reporting.

We started working with Sellonics in July 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sellonics has helped us improve our ACOS, ROI, and ROAS. We’ve also seen higher profit and revenue.

How did Sellonics perform from a project management standpoint?

Sellonics’s project management is great; they deliver on time and provide weekly reports and insights. We communicate via email or a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sellonics’s communication, attention to detail, and deliverables are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their communication via our Slack channel rather than email, which is clunky.

I'm the CEO of an e-commerce company. We operate and manage multiple online retail brands in the US market.

 We needed help with Amazon management and marketing services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sellonics provides full Amazon management for our brands, focusing on improving PPC performance, optimizing listings, managing day-to-day operations, and driving consistent sales growth on the platform. The team has handled a range of deliverables, including PPC campaign setup and optimization, weekly performance reports, listing rewrites with keyword optimization, A+ content updates, and ongoing account health monitoring and fixes.

What is the team composition?

We work with three teammates from Sellonics.

How did you come to work with Sellonics?

We first hired one of Sellonics' team members on Upwork for a smaller Amazon task. After working with her directly and seeing the quality of work, she introduced us to the Sellonics team. From there, we decided to engage them for full Amazon management and marketing services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Sellonics in August 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After Sellonics took over, our ACOS trended down, listings started to rank better, and the weekly reports made it easy to track progress. We could clearly see improved organization and performance in the account. Our ACOS was around 27%, and Sellonics has managed to take it to 22%. Additionally, our sales have increased moderately.

How did Sellonics perform from a project management standpoint?

Sellonics delivers on time, and their communication via Slack is very good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sellonics' communication and reporting are very good, and they genuinely care about the success of the projects they're working on.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren't any. Everything is going well considering the short time they've been given. Things can be better in some way, but I don't complain because it takes time to work and fix those things.
