What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a new brand and product it is difficult to be too brutal in setting deliverables as many other factors are at play e.g. brand recognition, trust etc. However we set our success as to be measured in unit sales rate and monthly growth. Both to our delight have been surpassed

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Resourcing and delivery have been excellent. They are always quick to respond to requests. When we have asked them to produce work it has been to a very high standard and within a very respectable timeline, given the quality of work. We had a lot of changes over the summer holidays and you often see the cracks in an agency when they're inevitably 30% down on team. Not so with Minster FB who didn't miss a beat. Good effort everyone

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It's the consistency in the quality of their output. Some agencies will sparkle at the start and then fall away. Not here, MinsterFB Ltd has been passionate and resourceful from day one until now. Never at any point do you feel you've paid your money and they've lost interest in you.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MinsterFB Ltd could have done differently?

I'm struggling to find fault. Maybe one email took more than 24 hours to answer, but we're all guilty of that.
