I’m the managing director of Pedigree Wholesale Ltd., a leading UK wholesaler and distributor of pet and aquatics products. We supply exclusive and market-leading brands to independent, national, and online retailers across the country.

We wanted to use an expert selling agent from Amazon to help us accelerate our sales growth on the platform. We also wanted to optimize our advertising spend, reduce penalties, and optimize our team's time and curated range of products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MinsterFB Ltd. manages our Amazon listings, handles advertising campaigns, and negotiates directly with Amazon on our behalf. The team is also tasked with supporting us in negotiating the commercial agreement between our company and Amazon. Moreover, MinsterFB Ltd. supports us in defining the curated range for Amazon and defending our claims for repackaging.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a sales growth on the Amazon platform compared to our base position before the relationship was formed. We’ve also seen a reduction in penalties and the reinstatement of products on the Amazon platform that were inadvertently removed. Our business has started to see some signs of sales growth from product presentation and optimization.
