Organic traffic increased from approximately 60 visits per month to more than 400, representing around 7x growth. Organic search now accounts for 57% of website users and generates approximately 5–16 enquiries and 7–12 bookings per month.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impresses me most about Thundr Digital is how they are not a 'one-size-fits-all' agency. In their initial proposal, they promised to build a bespoke strategy tailored precisely to our unique industry goals and treat our successes as their own.
Over the last year, they have fully lived up to that promise. They feel like a genuine extension of our internal team rather than an external vendor, showing a level of care and deep alignment with our business outcomes that is rare to find in digital marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Thundr Digital Ltd could have done differently?

There isn't anything they could have done differently. If anything, the results from their SEO strategy have been so positive that the only logical next step would be for us to find ways to expand our budget into more marketing channels with them in the future. Thundr Digital set a very high standard from day one and has consistently maintained it. They are a reliable, highly capable partner and I have no complaints or areas of improvement to suggest.
