Even if there was nothing of importance to discuss, we’d get on the phone for five minutes and briefly go over the project just to stay in the routine of that call. This demonstrates their commitment and willingness to follow-through on tasks. I could tell everyone on their team liked working there and could communicate seamlessly with each other. They may have struggled to do so, but their professionalism kept that information away from me. They’d ask for several dates when scheduling a meeting, but always found a time that worked.
