The web app runs smoothly and we receive fewer complaints regarding the speed issues. More notably the app began driving more traffic compared to the last version before PGS started working on it. Our customers also impressed with mobile app, the operations on mobile app are extremely fast (seems to take less than 5 seconds). We connect via Slack and email. Communication was great most of the time as I received detailed weekly reports from them. There were regular meetings between our people and Powergate team to make sure everything was on the right track. Their knowledge and experience in e-learning were probably their key competencies. That was also why I chose Powergate in the first place. Also, they impressed me with the strict agile approach and close attention to details.
