Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of the business we are one stop shop traveling agency that provide rich services world wide .

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Van Tech Systems, and what were your goals?

Our website was created in 2020 and we thought it was nice and good but after we had so many complain from our clients that it was so hard for them to navigate on our website and also the website was only translating few pages in other languages . So we started to look for a better tech company to help us to revamp the website .

But it was not easy to find a better company. so company were very impressional and their rate were too high for the work that was supposed to be done . However , it took about 2years until Van Tech Systems sales director contacted our team and we decided to listen and see what they could offer . So like they always said good things come to those who waits .

We were able to set up a meeting with their project manager who gave us more infos that we wanted and we decided to move forward with the project with them . Their rate and the level of professionalism was at point and that what we were looking for !!!!!! SO our goal was to fix our website and to make more easy to our clients to navigate.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for online tech company and we interview some and also reach out to some freelance developer but it did not work at all . our deciding factor was more in professionalism level and also their rate and the timeline . so we think Van Tech was able to make us happy thats why we decided to work with them .

We had a kick off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives . from there , the team delivered mock ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations , their team designed and developed and informational Wordpress site . they changed everything for and they even proposed us another logo that was very catchy and nice so we had to change the logo as well .

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. and also they added us to a channel via slack for more updates and communication .

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our website there were big changes and the website were racking and also we were getting more feedback and reviews about the services and also how simple our website was to navigate and multi languages . anyone is able to navigate and use our website without any question to ask or any issues .

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had daily stand up with their project manager ,We communicated with the rest of the team .If there were any delay , They let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. but we also used slack , discover for communication .

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional site thats easy to update . the design and everything is perfect on our website .My team never used Wordpress before so Van Tech .... they took their time to go over everything on the site to explain all details . so we can be able to use it ourself and be able to start updating things . .

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No really , I think they have a great team , and their developers know what they are doing . there is nothing they need to improve .
