In terms of the development style, I did a lot of the product requirements myself. I’ve worked with a lot of dev shops, but Utility is my favorite because they’re able to dissect requirements and put them into actual tasks to make a great product in a timely manner. We had a timeline of a month strictly for UI/UX frontend development, and they were able to get it done within 3 weeks, which included rounds of revisions with me.

However, they went from zero to having an app developed in one year. This wasn’t a small project, and they did great. Once we hit the development stage, it took us five months to complete it. I hadn’t heard of that in the industry, so I was very happy with the timeframe. Jason met deadlines every Friday and gave me updates.

Even though this didn't help DeveloperTown, I didn't have the budget for working with them and I needed to show traction on my site. Once I've received the funding that I need to fully develop my site, I intend to go back to DeveloperTown. They've been terrific to me.
