The primary goal was to develop an app that would provide information on the Dry Skin Index for a user's location. It used various apis to obtain current and historic weather data. Data acuired from these sources was then used to populate charts in the app. The app was added to the App Store for iOS devices and a web app version was also tested.

The app was successfully added to the iOS store and a web version linked to a wordpress site.

The project was managed and executed in a very professional and open manner. All changes were followed in a github repository for a transparent tracking of the project over time. The project is delivered in a timely manner and the quality of the project has exceeded expectations.

These outcomes clearly demonstrate the progress and success of the project.

The work Vihanti provided to TruePic included implementing new Content Authentication protecol called C2PA (https://c2pa.org) of which TruePic is a founding member. Vihanti wrote the JASON-based library that is the engine of the C2PA device authentication in trustzone, and merge it into the Snapdragon Image File format.

Vihanti also wrote the server to host the Certificate Authentication server to verfiy the  JPEG file format that has been extended to include the C2PA autheticity meta data (called "claims"). Most coding was done in C++ using Snadragon Camera Dev Kit (CDK)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The following were the measurable outcomes:

1. Produced low level driver library for the C2PA protocol engine in QTEE (Qualcomm Trusted Execution Environment)
2. Provided test harness for the protocol engine
3. Updated the Snadragon Camera driver using cdk Qualcomm Camera Dev Kit to integrate C2PA data structure with Camera output
4. Verified device to cloud security protocol, in accordance with C2PA standards with Adobe Server

Vihanti project management was world class. Milestones were always clearly communicated and executed on schedule. The project was an embedded Android device software project, with high complexity and low level HW debugging involved, incuding GPS service and 5G data services, not to mention Android camera driver services.

Vihanti played instrumental role to overcome countless challenges in the complex HW, TrustZone firmware and camera driver SW stack.

1. My Vihanti teammate designed a superb C++ class JASON library to meet C2PA spec requirements

3. My Vihanti teammate debugged and fixed more than a dozen complex Camera, PKI and Wireless bugs to complete the project on time

In our relationship, Vihanti generally works off of github issues or wireframes. Outcomes were measured in terms of bugs being fixed or UI designs being implemented.

With our project, we manage everything via github issues and Jonathan and his team are very communicative via that medium. Additionally, Jonathan is always available via email and we have fairly regular virtual meetings. They always deliver on time and respond promptly. They have been extremely easy to work with.

Jonathan is deeply knowledgeable, willing to help a founder like me find the right solution (even if it means less work for them), and genuinely enjoyable to work with. His team is similarly competent. I have yet to work on a feature with them that wasn't done on-time to a very high standard. In addition, any time I've needed something changed or tweaked, they've been very responsive.
