I remember last quarter when we were asked by the management to target a certain company and we weren't able to get hold of the decision-maker, but when we asked the Opus team, they were able to reach them and even shared with us the contact information of the decision-maker. Sadly we weren’t able to close the deal with them as they were already on a retainer contract with another firm, but we were able to fulfill the request of my management.

Most of my communication is with Tetiana and her colleague in charge of research. We use Slack. We’re a very niche market, so this engagement has been a bit of a challenge, both for us and CIENCE. They’ve worked collaboratively with us. We regularly engage in conversation with them to help adjust the strategy and ensure the proper fit of the prospects being engaged.
