I’m the Owner of a marketing agency. We create websites, videos, and marketing strategies of any complexity. We work as a marketing partner: combine knowledge of the company and our experience in the digital sphere.

For what projects/services did your company hire Magnito, and what were your goals?

As we have different types of services: website development, video production, ads, strategy development, we haven’t managed to sell all of them. I needed more resources. Initially, I decided to hire Magnito to help me find outsourcing companies (web-developers). I was going to sell them HR-brand digital marketing strategies. Magnito performed this task so well, that I delegated other target audience segments to them too in order to find more warm leads for other products.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were doing a project for another company and as I understood they were looking for partners\bloggers. I have a marketing telegram channel so they decided to communicate with me. Then, because of my curiosity, I asked them about b2b lead generation and immediately asked for a trial period.

Firstly, we do segmentation with Magnito for each service I’m selling. For instance, If it was website development, they'd investigate every case we had to find specific value that we had given to our clients. Then Magnito was doing research of the segment of similar companies and targeted contacts.

In addition, they prepared scripts for email and linkedin sequences using specific values that they found in the project to provide a high level of responses. And the last step was meeting appointments with targeted leads.

I was communicating with the account manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have almost doubled the number of companies in our pipeline.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Mostly, it was Zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I’d like to say that the account manager is very client-oriented. She reminds me about the meetings, answers messages fast, creates reports even if we didn’t ask about that. Human relationship is one of their biggest values.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, everything was okay.

I’m the CEO (and Owner) of a neuromarketing agency that provides research for manufacturers, distributors, startups, website development agencies and creative agencies to increase efficiency of their advertising campaigns or marketing material\activities.

What challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?

The industry of neuromarketing is very young and there are many marketers who do not know about neuromarketing research. We want Magnito to generate for us as many meetings with potential clients as they can in order to get first sales. Also there was a task to increase the brand awareness among our target audience.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Magnito.Agency did outbound lead generation campaigns and they were involved in marketing activities. They created presentations for us, organized 3 webinars, helped with the structure of website (SEO) and sales processes. As a result we have 5+ meetings every month with the targeted companies.   

What is the team composition? 

We’ve been working a lot with the account manager. Also there were lead researchers, SDR and one guy who helped us with the technical questions. 

How did you come to work with the vendor?

At the beginning we had calls with 3-5 vendors and then our business consultant has offered us to communicate with Magnito.Agency because they have experience in both: b2b lead generation and b2b marketing.

How much have you invested with them?

It is more than 20000$

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership began in October 2020 and we’re planning to work with Magnito during 2022 (we’ve already put in budget 2022 these expenses).

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As I said we have a stable flow of the meetings with potential clients since October 2020. As a result, we did neuromarketing research for big companies with powerful brands ( I can count around 5 big sales we closed in the last few months thanks to Magnito). It gave us the opportunity to create case-study materials and share it on our webinars/meetings as a proof of our expertise.   

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

Account manager is pretty active and responsive. She gives us weekly updates via email, and answers the questions via messengers. SDR specialist works coherently with our sales manager, they use CRM for different goals.  Any time I can call the founder and we can discuss 3-4 new ideas for lead generation for the next month. At the end of each month we have a report meeting where we check if KPIs are done. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We're impressed by their consistent and systematic approach, which is so important for the B2B sphere. They understand how to use marketing tools to enhance an outbound campaign, how to use databases to enhance marketing activity, and how to nurture leads and work with them in the CRM.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

At the beginning, they were moving so fast because they are goal oriented and there were a few processes I would like to be involved in. I think it would give the result faster.

I know Marina Samokhina because she was working with me in the past. So I turned to her when I understood I needed her help.

Magnito.Agency helped us with two tasks. The first was to test new niches and segments that could be interesting for us. For instance: FMCG manufacturing, lubricants, heavy industry. The second task was to reach out segments that we’ve already worked with and increase the number of meetings\clients, also to step to new regions (Asia, CIS-coutries

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

can name few points: We got a formed database with contacts (names, telephones, e-mails, Linkedin accounts) of decision-makers that will be used for our digital marketing retargeting campaigns. 30 sales meetings with targeted companies from different segments. In addition, they really improved the quality of sales business-processes in my unit by implementing the system of outbound lead generation, cold calling and Linkedin communication.

They are open and dedicated. We used e-mail and Zoom to communicate with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The complex approach. They gave feedback to my sales team, communicated with facebook manager, and asked me to give tasks to the copywriter. They have understood the business and processes from the very beginning, which is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They asked a lot of questions about our services, approaches, and products. I understand the importance of those questions, however it took a lot of my time.
