Global customer interviews and market research were part of the project's scope. As a subject matter expert for our marketing team, I oversaw the product development portion of that study. LeadBuds conducted the study and provided comprehensive persona summaries, communication plans, and research-aligned product development roadmaps.

Now, we have implemented a new product development plan and communications strategy that is partly, if not entirely, based on the study findings.

The meetings that they set up and verified for us were first-rate. We were able to promptly meet nine of the ten scheduled meetings, and everyone in attendance was aware of the reason for our visit.
