We treated the first phase almost like market testing rather than straight appointment setting. After a few weeks, we moved away from broad introductions and started opening discussions around narrower themes and decision contexts. Most of the effort ended up going into refining who we spoke to, adjusting outreach language, and creating a consistent flow of scheduled discussions that our team could realistically continue after the initial push.

The work started with a lot more discussion than execution. Before outreach launched, we spent time defining which kinds of organization we actaully wanted to speak with and which ones we did not. Leadium built small batches of outreach around those profiles, tested messaging, and only expanded once we were comfortable with the tone. Deliverables were not really lists or reports for us, they were booked introductions, campaign adjustments based on feedback, and a process that gradually became more selective instead of broader.

Our software can be difficult to grasp the best ICP and or best way to market based on the title or organization of the lead, so I feel if that was more known (which takes time and we are still refining our GTM strategy), then we could see more meetings booked on a weekly basis.

They managed the outreach for us, including building a list of prospects who would be interested in events like DeveloperWeek and AI DevWorld. 

They ran the email, LinkedIn, and phone campaigns to generate leads for our team to follow up with through their US SDR team located there in Las Vegas. Their weekly reports included specifics on which industries were responding, the number of booked meetings, and what adjustments they were making to improve engagement. This allowed us to keep our internal team focused on supporting our core developer audience while Leadium pushed into new areas.

Leadium delivered measurable results that made a real impact for us. In the first quarter, we saw a 30% increase in meetings booked with companies in AI, SaaS, and enterprise IT exactly the verticals we wanted to grow. They helped us land new sponsorships for our DeveloperWeek events, and brought in over 100 qualified leads that were a good fit for our upcoming conferences. 

Their outreach led to a 12% jump in response rates from LinkedIn and we say a 70% open rate on email compared to what we were doing before. They also provided us with weekly reporting that broke down the number of touches per channel, responses, and conversion rates, which gave us clear insights into what was working and allowed for constant adjustments to improve targeting and messaging.

It felt like they were really part of our team not just another company we hired everything ran smooth from start to finish and it made our job a lot easier not having to chase them down for stuff or worry about deadlines they handled everything.

We’ve worked with other sales agencies before, and it was always the same story: lots of promises, but not much to show for it. Leadium came in and took charge without us needing to babysit them. They understood our industry right away and didn’t just throw a bunch of random leads at us. 

They focused on bringing us solid opportunities that were the right fit for our audience, and it made a big difference. They also kept us updated regularly, and anytime we needed to change direction, they adjusted without any hassle. It was a totally different experience than what we’ve had with others.

Honestly, there wasn’t one single thing that stood out above everything else. The whole process was just really smooth from start to finish. Speed to lead needed to be under 5 minutes with a focus on financial pre-qualification and interest before scheduling the call with our sales team. The goal was to transition from an inhouse team to a full-service team managed and led by Leadium. In addition to handling inbound leads, we hired them to work as Sales Assistants. 
We found that we needed our CRM lead data managed, our Sales Team needed assistance putting together contracts and handling reschedules, sending out important followups, and handling the entire sales pipeline in an assistant level function. Once they handled these two functions we then increased our engagement to have very strategic outbound appointment setting through targeted email and LinkedIn programs. 
They excelled in every way which is why we continue to have 4 SDR reps with them after three years.

In regard to outbound lead generation, we measured the number of prospects engaged, the conversion rate, the average time it took to convert a lead and the channel strategy that led to the highest conversion.

All tasks are completed on schedule. The team proactively provides recommendations. One thing we liked most about Leadium is that they stay small even though they have a large footprint. It means I am able to work directly with their founders even though they have an entire project team working on our program.

Time will tell. So far, I would love to see the show rate of the appointments improve a bit. Overall their doing a good job so far though.
