Our speed has increased by 25% thanks to Infinum’s work. They’ve delivered the first version of the redesign, but they’re going to make some additional updates after we’ve taken a few months to gather feedback. One of the best results is that there haven’t been too many changes for the users. It’s always difficult for users to switch from one design flow to the other, but their feedback has been that, while the refresh is powerful, the solution still feels familiar to them. Additionally, Infinum definitely reduced the number clicks needed for our users to take actions. They’ve hit all our metrics.

Our new site instantly brought significant increases when compared to the same quarter in the previous year: +106% in sessions, +73% in page views, and +27% in museum visitors. Infinum came up with the idea of highlighting breakups on the world map in the first or second workshop we held, which I found fascinating. We are planning to develop a web shop with Infinum — even though they are expensive from a Croatian point of view, the results are worth the money.

Calls took place at regular intervals (usually 2 weeks) and the project was structured in sprints. All our needs were discussed and then scheduled in the sprints accordingly. Experience TEN delivered the work on time and within budget. We worked via Google Meet. The team sent us dynamic forms, and we entered our text and translated it. It seemed to us that it was a tool they immediately integrated with their CMS. Working with Experience TEN was a very positive experience. There was never a problem between the CEO, the client manager, and the project team. They seemed to work coordinated. Contact Experience TEN's CEO and let them come up with a concept for a solution. Based on this solution concept, discussing how to execute a project with them is easy. I recommend having a briefing to explain what you want and then receiving a solution concept as a basis for the discussion. This is one of the success points because Experience TEN is open to communication, and you can quickly find out if their approach would suit you.
