Responsible for online marketing, communication with digital agency and content marketing with Mediacor group.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mediacor?

The agency is hired for all our digital activities, besides web page maintenance, for our brands Tefal and Rowenta in Croatia and WMF in Croatia and Slovenia. They perform tasks of copywriting, community management, design, and media buying. They also seasonally produce additional campaigns, with online and offline segments, for focus products. They maintain our Home and Cook web page for which they also perform media buying activities.

What were your goals for this project?

For our monthly activities on Facebook pages of the brands, the goal is staying present and relevant on digital gaining new consumers and impacting sales. For seasonal campaigns and media buying activities, we have set KPIs in terms of clicks or reach, depending on the campaign.

For Tefal, Rowenta, and WMF the agency creates content (copy and visuals) for our Facebook pages and maintain our Youtube pages, perform media buying activities and community management, present monthly reporting on our brands and our biggest competitor on the market.

For Home and Cook outlet stores they administrate the web page and perform media buying. For seasonal activities they do everything from creative concept development, coordination of the project, content production, forming relationships and deals with all outsourced contractors, organize events both online and offline depending on the activity and buy media placements on Facebook, Google and Youtube.

What was the team composition?

We as a Group have our dedicated person for contact handling our account. Our Account handles everything from the production of content to making CEs and contracts for our activities. In the past, we did have some contact with the copywriters and community managers, but we feel that the one-person contact approach is the easiest way of communication and applaud it. We are aware that on our account we have a designer and videographer responsible for the production of that type of content, but we haven’t communicated directly, just over our Account.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve had a lot of activities with the agency since we have been working together for over 7 years now. But some general results would be that our pages continuously grow month to month and that all additional activities had generated sales above expected and even to the point of “sold out

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a very simple approach to the workflow since we have just 1 person in the agency that knows us almost from the beginning. Anyone from our side can contact the Account and we do on different subjects. This way we save time internally and get the answer we need in a fast and efficient way regarding anything.

The Account knows our entire team, local and international, and knows the brands inside and out since she directly had been working on them from content to strategy for at least 5 of the 7 years we’ve been with Mediacor. Of course, the CEO is also always here for us, when we need some additional help of administrational or special nature

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I can’t really pick one thing. I like that we have formed a relationship of trust and that I know I can count on them to deliver what is asked, in the terms of production but also ideas and results. I appreciate the level of knowledge they present of our brands and target group.

This enables them to recognize and differentiate good ideas from the bad and to present them in an understandable way, all of which saves us time. They also proactively help with minor things, just showing they think about our workload as well, which is why we have a partnership kind of relationship, more than pure client-agency one.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would love if we had more time to build their knowledge base around our products even further. For instance, it would be great if we would have regular educational activities about new products or even old ones. Our product base is very large, and it is not easy to stay on top of everything. Fans ask questions, sometimes very specific ones, so we did have an occasion or two where I feel these educations could’ve helped. But even without this, we know that they have done their best to know all they need to about every product they had to communicate.

I'm in charge of social medial and overall marketing activities in Mikroedra d.o.o., distributor of baby gear. We represent global 14 global brands, market leaders on Adria market (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria).

For what projects/services did your company hire Mediacor?

We initially connected with Mediacor to help with content guidance and media buying strategy. We are distributors of 14 brands of baby equipment on Adria market (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria) and we wanted help with producing relevant content for our brands, education on copywriting and media buying planning. It naturally made sense for Mediacor to be our over-viewer in the mentioned tasks, educating our in-company person to ensure success. They also helped with the recruitment process, suggesting to us a person we later hired.

What were your goals for this project?

The primary goal was to ensure quality production in-line with our communicational strategy and provide education to our future copywriter / community manager in order for them to be able to take over content production fully at some point. The implementation of this was supposed to also have effect on our digital presence and sales KPIs.

We requested periodical guidance on ideas how to make our brands more impactful through additional activities on digital. In the end. we decided to leave most of the media buying to Mediacor since this is really a very specific and challenging task and this was the most effective way to achieve goals we set.

They were recommended to Mikroedra as capable, knowledgeable and good digital marketing agency. In the beginning the education part was the most important to us, meaning how to test and apply best practices. After some time, Mikroedra gained a partner with a two-way communication on examples what works and what doesn’t, and people who can explain and give knowledge in an understandable and human way.

Mediacor first took an in-depth look at our brands with all info we could provide to them about brand voices, global trends and micro insights we had. Then we defined the necessary approach to the target, our desirable language and what makes us different from the competitors.

Once we started with the implementation of this new approach, they looked over content and guided us towards making it more impactful, teaching us along the way on trends, best practices and all we needed to know to ensure better production. They also provided periodical ideas of other digital activities that would bring us awareness and ensure that our target views our brands as caring, quality and desirable. For the media buying, they were the ones in charge of the whole process – from ordering suitable copies and visuals to setting up and following campaigns for awareness or conversions.

What was the team composition?

Mikroedra had its dedicated content strategist and media buyer in Mediacor. While the CS took care of the content and guided us through production, MB was dedicated to making the produced content seen and engaged by relevant target. But, despite these two roles being quite different, they were connected, and we’ve seen value coming from this approach. They have good internal communication to ensure that all the parts of the project work best towards the goals.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When we started working with Mediacor in the described way, we have seen results almost momentarily. Of course there were different results on different brands. For example, Baby Tula brand had a fast growth unlike BeSafe brand which demanded more adaption, different approach and testing. Overall, our brands and posts were attracting more engagement and growing.

Of course, some tweaking was necessary since before we were not as active and we were literally testing what works best, but the results were there. We also had several conversion campaigns with success. But what means most is that they didn’t need a significant budget to generate conversions, but relied on good and specific targeting and retargeting.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They respond fast, both with answers to specific questions and with ideas and improvements. Minor interference was created by changes within Mediacore team (3 different person were in charge of us as a client). We mostly had a small and well-connected team so the workflow with their people came very naturally and communication among us was very honest and clear. Mediacor team follows trends and points us to them if we ask them to.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their natural ability to understand and adapt impressed us. We never came to them with a problem or a question that was not answered in a very effective, understandable and fast way. Also, we all know the deadline curse, never having a lot of time takes toll on quality often on our market.

But this never happened really. We believe this is due to their knowledge about the brand and great sense for targeting they acquire before the project starts. This makes possible for them to react fast since the majority of time-consuming questions have already been answered and all is ready to implement the produced.This applies especially to projects on which Dina worked as MB.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We would love to have had more time on both sides to endeavor further into additional activities and feel that missed opportunities were more connected to other specifics, not something that they had caused. The only thing we would think of to improve in our relationship is to invest time in additional ideas, but it was just not possible to do this in the time we were working together.

I am CEO of NGO Brave phone (Hrabri telefon). Brave Phone is a non-governmental organisation with the needs, rights and protection of children in Croatia at its heart. As well as offering a helpline for children and parents, Brave Phone supports families through a number of programmes based in schools, communities and online.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mediacor?

With Mediacor team we have worked on Hrabri telefon campaign “Stickers that say more than words”. The campaign was developed on Viber and included a dedicated sticker pack, community and bot.

Mediacor was in charge of campaign strategy, setup, development and management of platforms and digital products, influencer communication, PR activities and reporting. They have also been the coordinator of our partnership with Viber.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was simply to add and activate a new platform (Viber) used by our target group and make it an educational and motivational force behind our organization. We wanted children to understand what a call to Hrabri telefon is, how it looks like and remove any reservation they might have about reaching our when they need help.

We also wanted to use this huge opportunity to find out how children feel in general, do they ask for help when they have a problem or feel low, who do they talk to. In terms of numbers, we were looking for sticker pack downloads and usage, community followers and bot entries, influencers participating and PR publications.

SOLUTION

How did you select Mediacor?

They actually approached us. As Viber BG agency for CRO market they have recognized our efforts and suggested a partnership on this project. We accepted of course, knowing that this activity could be very beneficial for our organization.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Mediacor developed the campaign from the idea and strategy to production of content and media, launch and reporting. They have created the concept “stickers that speak louder than words” to show support to kids without using worn-out expressions of sympathy and connected it to the community and bot.

In the community they shared stories from volunteers and written simulations of calls, to bring the whole process of asking Hrabri telefon for help closer to kids. The bot they designed to answer an important question: how children feel and are they asking for help. Once these major pieces of content have been launched, also managed by Mediacor, they developed additional materials for the campaign.

These were materials for our social media channels, PR and media buying - managed by them as well. But I have to emphasize the next task on their to-do list since I find it very valuable to us.

They’ve not only contacted over 40 influencers and arranged their collaboration on the campaign free of charge, but they also invested extra effort and created special visuals and links for each of them to use. Once the campaign was over, they also provided all reporting.

What was the team composition?

This was a big project, so I communicated with multiple people from the agency, but mostly with the Account manager. Besides the account I had a designer, content creator and even the CEO on my disposal. During the creative part we all participated, what I think was actually the key to this project, since the entire team got to know our brand, our problems, our restrictions and rules.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the 3-month campaign we had almost 200k sticker pack downloads with individual stickers being shared more than half a million times. In the community we gathered over 170k of followers with 158k of them initiating the bot, but 60k of them finishing it and giving us very valuable info.

Influencers reached almost 2 million people with their activity and we had 44 published PR articles on 26 online and offline platforms.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I feel the whole team gave their best efforts and created such a valuable product for us and our work. It was really easy to communicate with them, they were responding very quickly, and I felt like they really care about our goal and our work.

We connected for this cause and you could really feel it in communication and see it in the developed products. It was a pleasure to work on this campaign and see it achieve results it has.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their proactive additions and extra efforts invested in production. They made sure every detail was in order and we seize every opportunity to make this campaign successful. Nothing was too much, not even going over every single bot entry to gather insights, and there were 60k of them.

This proves they are not afraid of the ‘extra mile’ and they treasure their projects and invest themselves in whatever is necessary. A very valuable thing to have in your agency for sure.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I truly believe that the creative force of their team, when allowed, improves with each project since they invest a lot of effort to understand the brand and its environment. This is the reason why I wouldn’t know to name one area they could approve in, but would expect them to have grown even more and surprise me with something brand new next time we get a chance to work together.

I am the Senior IT Officer at the largest and oldest humanitarian organization in Croatia. We provide relief in disaster situations, provide a number of social services to the public, as well as educate about first aid and other topics. My role is to develop and manage our digital projects, as well as other related tasks.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mediacor?

Mediacor came up with the “Good deeds” campaign for us, the goal of which was to motivate the public to take concrete positive action to promote volunteering, humanity, and social inclusion.

This idea of Good Deeds soon developed into a full-blown digital campaign in collaboration with an internet company. Mediacor also designed a Good Deeds Advent calendar, that was distributed in Croatian bestselling newspaper – 24sata and throughout Croatian schools, and a sticker pack as a reminder to do good deeds, but also to send messages of love, warmth, and togetherness.

Every person who downloads the sticker pack also becomes a member of the Viber community, where users were able to exchange information, ideas, and good deeds.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to raise awareness for this campaign and promote volunteering, humanity, and social inclusion.

They developed strategy, creative and execution of the Good Deeds digital part of the campaign and also secured a collaboration with Rakuten Viber as a partner.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with the CEO of the company Alexandra, as well as two members of the operative and creative team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Red Cross Community on Viber attracted more than 30.000 members in the first month and more than 20.000 people downloaded the Red Cross sticker pack. Also, more than 56.000 messages were sent using our Red Cross stickers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked closely together so our workflow was constructive, concise, and efficient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was amazed by the energy of Mediacor team. They did everything from the creative elements of the campaign to implementation with zest and enthusiasm. Adding to that, they are genuinely awesome and reliable people.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are very happy with the cooperation with Mediacor and we wouldn’t change anything.

College Argus is an adult education center. I am a co-owner of the college. I worked with Mediacore on developing the college website and our e-learning platform.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mediacor, and what were your goals?

To design, develop, and Copywrite/copyedit a web platform for e-learning that would provide students with the simplest and highest quality way to acquire new knowledge that can significantly improve their business activities.

Mediacor also transformed our vision into a beautiful visual identity that we knew we wanted but didn’t know exactly how to get. The whole branding process was done smoothly from the beginning to the end.

Mediacor has devised the entire branding and visual identity of the platform. In addition, they copy wrote and copyedited all the texts on the platform. Mediacor’s team exchanged daily emails with our team so we were up to date with the project and were ready for meetings with our team whenever we had questions about the project. They also streamlined functionalities and packaged them into a product we were very satisfied with.

We communicated daily with an account manager who planned and executed all our ideas with her designer, copywriter, and web developing team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The web site is optimized and works flawlessly with an open code system for e-learning.

The workflow was quick and efficient. They knew all the small details that needed to be done in a certain way which made them offer solutions even before any such thing could potentially become a hiccup in the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their dedication and personal involvement. They treated our product as their own. They try to make all our ideas come true as soon as possible, even though they may have been a bit unusual.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is always room for improvement but it’s hard to say what exactly. Any hiccups we had have been addressed and dealt with by the end of the deadline.

KPIs were all set by the client and we surpassed them all by a considerable margin. Main KPIs were Facebook and Instagram reach and number of influencer Youtube video views.

Cooperation was highly effective. We have a long standing relationship and teams are always adjusted for specific task at hand. We combine phone calls, e-mails and meetings to be most efficient in coordination.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to multitask and adjust to whichever project they work on was impressive. With that they can be most creative, innovative and keep a hands-on approach to everything they do.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We always review our work process and improve what we can. But the biggest improvement would be more clients who would use our excellent cooperation.

The Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts is an independent professional business organization of tradesmen and craftsmen, founded with the aim of promoting, coordinating and representing the joint interests of tradesmanship and craftsmanship. I am advisor for public relations in the organization.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mediacor?

We were looking to create and implement a complete communication strategy for social media and staff/client education that would really connect with an audience often not fully versed in digital technology.

Digital channels had to reflect the amount and quality of work being done in the background and present our results to a broad target audience.

Mediacor also worked on our image with the clients we represented, took a role of an educator via various workshops, produced content and design, handled new concepts, media buying, reporting, live event coverage and printed materials. Consulting for further development our new digital platform was also done with Mediacor.

What were your goals for this project?

Being a large organization that represents small business owners creating a significant percentage of the national economy, we needed to work on two things – our public image and informing and educating our clients.

Mediacor helped us show what we have done for them, how it benefits them and how we can help and they devised ways to do it clearly, simply and creatively. Innovation was needed as a fast flow of information had to be selected and put out through community management.

How did you select Mediacor?

We got the recommendation for Mediacor as an agency that will be able to do creative, personalized work while being effective and flexible enough to manage ad hoc projects and from-zero-to-hero production often required in our line of work.

Community management, copywriting, proactive ideas, media buying, strategy, creative solutions, workshops with employees, design and composing a comprehensive concept of digital marketing. They mostly worked with my department but they often communicated with different heads to get the whole picture.

What was the team composition?

I worked mostly with our dedicated copywriter and community manager, who also planned on our strategy and media buying, so he was familiar with all the processes we had to go through. I also had an assigned designer for visuals and print materials, which was great because he handled the entire visual identity from start to finish.

Mediacor is a smaller agency but they turned their multitasking abilities into a benefit as it means one person can have a better view of us as a client and can create a more personalised concept and provide support even for problems usually managed by several people. The relationship is very friendly but professional, so you feel like you are getting your own team-in-one to guide the progress of your brand.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen both more engagement and action in comments as well as people reacting more positively to our work in real life. The tone of communication was changed to better explain more complex subjects to the audience, which helped us get valuable feedback for future projects and made the users aware of the benefits we provide for them, that greatly affect their business.

It was the difficult task of presenting a large organization to people who were non-informed or poorly informed on our work and it was handled with thought and consideration for both sides.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked together, literally. It was one team and that is why it was so efficient, they knew all the small details of what needed to be taken care off or done in a certain delicate way, which made them offer solutions and suggestions for optimization on both ends. They have shown the effort for personal education in our field in order to better blend what we wanted and how to best achieve it.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Two things, really. Multitasking and personal involvement. One person was capable of doing serveral, often creative, jobs which made my job easier and the results were there. They made it their business to learn as much as they could about what and how we do it so it never felt like „just working with an agency“.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Working with an organization such as ours, it has it's difficulties because of existing processes we can't change much and the nature of the audience itself but we had a mutual understanding that some of their ideas could be implemented and some could not. It was always in good faith.

We looked for an agency that would help us in the digital marketing area focusing on media buying and web development. Considering that we are a tech company, our main goals were awareness for the company and its brands with influencing conversion increase and achieving sales KPIs. On my projects, I communicate with the CEO and Account but I also know that I have a designated designer and if needed – an extra copywriter ready to handle all that I need. But the great thing about Mediacor is that they are not that strictly divided.

They are all great copywriters with a developed strategical approach to a project and being creative. They work in-line with their advantages, but they still deliver even when something is not their job description.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lately, we have worked on business development mostly. Their work and creative ideas enabled 4APP Solution technology to penetrate the bot design market niche, creating a new opportunity for our growth and recognizability.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I would say – nothing but effective, so much that they became an extended hand of my team in a short time. They cherish their relationships with clients so much that soon they were able to anticipate and deliver od incorporate details that will make my team’s life easier.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their size versus their abilities. It amazes me how they managed to cover so many capabilities in such a small team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None come to mind. In the very beginning, we, of course, needed to click, but this happened fast, and since then, I don’t feel that I have an area I would like for them to correct.

I'm a Managing Director of a digital agency in Croatia, however highly involved in every agency's project and the operations. In the joined project with Mediacor I was in the role of a consultant for the same Client we worked for.

As a consultant for our Client, I advised our Client to choose Mediacor as their main partner for the digital project development - web based application and the website development for the Client's new brand. The goals were to come up with the digital solution algorithm's UX/UI, design, tests, development and implementation.

SOLUTION

How did you select Mediacor and what were the deciding factors?

Mediacor was tender selected among several agencies bidding for the project. Mediacor shone like a brights star among all agencies with their creative approach, target audience analysis and down to earth realistic projections of product usage.

The pinnacle is the agency's (especially Aleksandra's) expertise, experience in the field and the understanding of the task, thus the unselfish knowledge share. Proposals the agency come up with were shown as the best value and in the client's best interest.

Project was too complex to write all details. The project was the Algorithm development for the new product/service by client and (from my involvement) included several parties and partners to get it done.

The Mediacor's part was to give the algorithm visual identity, face and skin for digital solutions web based application and website development, of course according to the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX.

Steps for the web based app were:

• frontend (backend was done by a different vendor).

In parallel, the same process we had for the development of the branded website, and however, at the same time Mediacor created the following:

We had poor social communication and were in search for professionals to handle our social communication channels. During the course of our colaboration we also used Mediacor for visual redesign and, beyond social media communication, for rebuilding web frontpage

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Defining social media communication strategy. From operative point of view, that includes setting up content plan for at least one month ahead, approving every communication with us, proposing content for communication, reviewing content proposed from our side, proposing materials needed for communication to be delivered from our side or to be created from Mediacor side if it includes design. Also monthly report on successfulness. Redefining visual for us, and in cooperation redefining slogan. Visual concept for all official documents and materials. Concept, copywrite and visual for our front page - concept and texts were defined together.

What was the team composition?

Depending on the scope of every task, people involved were: directors and Head of front office and for some parts IT guys (web front page), and from Mediacor side: Director, Master of Disaster, Copyfighter and designer, with occasionally third party (for tech development - programmer)

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website is optimized, meaning we are no longer on the 2nd page of google results. We have more reach, engagement and followers on Facebook. We have more leads coming from our new web site. Our presentation via this new designs are now modern and clients and our team appreciates this.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Every operative task flows without and hiccups, and from our side we are very satisfied. When tasks are not common, some misunderstandings occur that slow down the process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Although there is no specific requirement, social relations are very important. We have never experienced any negative attitude. Even if our idea may seem impossible, Mediacor team will try to find a solution that fits our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Online meetings seem to be more efficient than written communication, so we have increased the number of short meetings instead of typing and sending e-mails. It would be nice to have meeting minutes shared.
