ON A WEEKLY BASIS, WE HEARD THEMSELVES BY PHONE AND BY EMAIL. EVERY TWO WEEKS WE MADE AN OVERVIEW OF THE CONDITION AND IF IT WAS NEEDED TO BE READY. THEIR MANAGER COORDINATED WITH THE PROJECT.

I was most impressed by their professionalism and timeliness around the project. THEIR SUGGESTIONS AND EXPERIENCE THROUGH MANY YEARS OF WORK HAVE BEEN TRANSMITTED TO US AND WE ARE EXTREMELY THANKFUL TO THEM.

MAYBE WE WERE READY FOR WEBSHOP AT THAT MOMENT WHICH THEY SUGGESTED US WOULD PROBABLY BE EVEN MORE SUCCESSFUL.

I’m the director and owner of Jistra Adventures. We offer tours and rental packages on touristic outdoor activities like kayaking, biking, and stand-up paddling (SUP).

The new brand was already on the market when we launched the official website. After that, sales increased by 75%. We even saw an increase on social engagements on our social networks, by linking them to the site, that was widely accepted by our target market.

We had weekly online meetings and coordination on Skype with their project manager, that was patient and openminded, and also very approachable and client-friendly.

There was a minor bug with a dimension of a wrongly uploaded photo, but after we contacted them, they fixed it very quickly.

I work as a sales representative and web development adviser for an alcohol retailer. We are a small company with 14 employees, we are mostly working with bars, restaurants, hotels and some of our sales are going through wholesale.

We have 8 delivery vehicles that cover the territory of Istria and Rijeka, and through our partners, we cover the whole territory of Croatia.

Most of the communication was done through mail, skype, and other communication tools that are available. We had a few live meetings when needed to see the live presentation of the job done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

CEO of the company is very market-oriented, he is following all the new emerging technologies and trends, trying to adapt as fast as possible to new market demands. Some of the solutions and recommendations from Iconis were a huge help.

Also, the main programmer is very skilled and professional in all the technologies we needed to build our webshop.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Regarding our project and the solutions we got I don't think that something could be done better or faster. We were very satisfied with the solution and the time the project was finished.

I am the CEO of Smart 4, an MSP company focused on providing exceptional IT consulting and support services. Our focus is data and cyber security as well as other cloud services.

After closing the deal, we were really strict about the timeframe for the project because we wanted to launch on a specific date. After the first draft design and a few modifications, the final design was done even before the schedule, then we moved to the programming phase.

The final result, our new corporate web site was impressive and feedback from our partners and clients was super positive. The CMS is simple to use and we are able to create content quickly.
