They actively and proactively communicated with us. Sometimes we didn’t know what we wanted, but they did. They constantly give us advice about what kind of information and functionality to use. We used Asana and Trello, as well as frequent conference calls. We communicated at least 3 times a week. Xu was on-call all the time, including times we needed to fix something in the middle of the night. He is very dedicated.
