axiusSoftware was engaged to create a consumer-focused mobile phone app designed to improve the user's voice calling experience and localised for different geographies.

axiusSoftware managed the entire project from conceptual brief through to requirement gathering, solution design and architecture, development and implementation, testing and QA, documentation and preparation for deployment. The project required a complex technical solution to a common problem and demanded a sophisticated understanding of sound engineering as well as local market knowledge.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The critical measurable outcome was that axiusSoftware was able to create an app that successfully delivered the intended user benefit. axiusSoftware delivered an elegant and extremely effective solution inside an intuitive, streamlined user interface highly appropriate for the intended market.

axiusSoftware are excellent project managers. They communicate well providing a timeline at the beginning of the project and regular updates along the way at each milestone. They are extremely responsive and have made themselves available on short notice whenever required. While we are based in Sydney and axiusSoftware is based in Beijing this was never an issue and different geographies and timezones were flawlessly managed having no impact on the project at all.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had discussed this project with a number of software suppliers across the Asia Pacific prior to engaging axiusSoftware. axiusSoftware was the only one to demonstrate a clear understanding of the complex sound engineering requirements in the brief. They've clearly articulated the required technical delivery and demonstrated abilities within the target market. Additionally they displayed strong project management abilities and excellent communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something axiusSoftware could have done differently?

I genuinely have had no negative experiences with axiusSoftware during this project.

For what projects/services did your company hire axiusSoftware, and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop a multipurpose platform designed to provide top notch experience in delivery services from registered members and their clients from the comfort of their mobile devices using Vruumz Mobile Application. Customers will have the privilege to place orders from any vendor on the platform, make payment and have the option for delivery or pickup.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had series of interviews with different development companies including axiusSoftware. They became our first choice due to their track record in technology and the complexity of the projects they have worked on as a software and development(mobile and web) company.

Before they beginning of the initiative, we had series of meetings on our requirements and SOW, after which they streamlined our business requirements into software requirements to meet the MVP product. We provided the wireframes to them by which they made some changes to enhance the overall UI/UX design. Axius uses agile methodology in development. Our sprints lasted for every 2 weeks after which we reviewed the deliverables and also included new updates from our feedback. Also we do have weekly standups to keep up with development.

So we had a scrum master assigned to our project, a front end and backend web developer with two android and two iOS developers. I mostly interacted with the scrum master and the leads for the web, android and iOS developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We did pilot testing after the first phase of development with our partners (vendors) and their response was positive. Also based upon their feedback we have added new features and functionalities. Overall this is an app that is ready to be consumed by Vendors and their clients from the data we collected during pilot testing.

We have our daily communications via skype business platform. Our standups are video calls using zoom. Deliverables were met on time and there is always a silver line to meet deadlines.

They made much contributions and recommendations on UI/UX design, web and mobile app features corresponding to Vruumz platform.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far as I am concern they are on cloud 9 and doing a great job. I will recommend any company to work with them. We are currently in discussion to partner axiusSoftware for future projects.

I am a co-founder at a company in China. I started this company with my partner in 2022 because we wanted to create an APP connecting users based off interest in common.

We started working with them in 2022 to create an APP. I believe that whenever you are creating something, communication is essential. Axius software was very good at communication.

I used word of mouth. I was introduced to Axius by another friends. I felt secure in that they had a good reputation. Ultimately, I want to make sure I am working with someone I can trust.

We had meetings to discuss our requirements. Some of these meetings were conducted over the phone and others were conducted online. We finished the development for iOS and we are going to start developing Android soon.

We had a project manager who I was always in contact with. She had some team members working to help her with the APP development.

We have just finished the IOS version. My testers like the App and how it works. I have pitched this APP to other people, who all think it's a great concept.

They were very open with their approach. Communication was perfect. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would recommend them to anyone.
