RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From the project's initiation to the delivery of the prototype for the CES exhibition, it took less than one and a half months. No company in the industry could guarantee its completion. The OPD Design team not only completed the qualified functional prototype ahead of schedule but also received unanimous praise from customers at the CES exhibition

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

After the project was launched, in accordance with our requirements, they established a project team, whose members included industrial designers, mechanical design engineers, hardware engineers, firmware engineers, project managers and purchasers, and provided a complete schedule. At the same time, to ensure immediate communication, we have also established a wechat working group. During the product development process, any issues and progress will be discussed and updated in the wechat group. There are weekly project meetings every week, and project proposal or review meetings will be held at each important progress node. After the design was completed and the functional prototype was finished, our teams conducted joint debugging and testing together, ultimately ensuring the time schedule and quality of the project.

There is still much room for improvement in the systematic project management of large companies.
