Its industries involve FMCG, Health Care, Color Printing Packaging and Creative Media, Real Estate Development, Resources & Environment, Financial Services, etc. TDMALL (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TDMall) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. through Tianda Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd.
I serve as the Manager of the Information Department and I am responsible for the company's digital planning and construction as well as daily operation & maintenance.
What business challenge were you trying to address with the vendor? What is the main reason you hired the service provider?
In the face of the severe situation of the COVID-19 epidemic in the world, TDMALL gave full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, continuously contributing anti-epidemic materials to the epidemic prevention at home and abroad. Meanwhile, TDMALL explored and carried out the Chinese medicine model combining "traditional Chinese medicine +" and "artificial intelligence" based on the current situation of industry development and its own development needs, actively embracing digital technology to build the TDMALL Cloud, which aimed to solve the problems of shortage of traditional Chinese medicine resources and regional restrictions.
The project involved cross-border application. APJ had obvious advantages due to its rich experience in large-scale project delivery in Hong Kong.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The service provider made full use of the internet medical model to open up all business links and move the offline clinic business to online platform. And it had been realized the clinic's online reservation and registration, online consultation, mall service, self-service renewal, AI diagnosis, etc., promoted the clinic's online and offline business linkage, broke the regional restrictions to realize the resource sharing of traditional Chinese medicine experts and enable patients to enjoy professional services anytime and anywhere.
APJ team provided one-stop overall solutions for TDMALL Group from digital transformation consulting, requirement research, project provision, implementation and development as well as system maintenance, etc. In this project solution, the company adopted cutting-edge technologies such as AI and big data, it also used technical ways such as video native plug-in development to ensure the implementation of the overall project.

What is the status of this engagement?
We had a very smooth cooperation. Now the phase I project has entered the operation and maintenance stage. At present, the new added phase II project is in the development stage. The project cooperation is still in progress.
The Chinese medicine had given full play to the advantage of "Cure a disease before its onset". During the COVID-19 epidemic period, there was a peak demand for traditional Chinese medicine. It is the efficient and high-quality service of APJ team that won the first-mover advantage for the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine at home and abroad for our company.
TDMALL Cloud not only realized the resource sharing of TCM experts inside and outside the Group, but also provided more TCM solutions for anti-epidemic protection at home and abroad, greatly improving the service capacity and core competitiveness as well as helping the Group's digital transformation of TCM.

Shaanxi Blower (Group) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1968 (hereinafter referred to as "Shaangu") is an integrator and system service provider providing solutions to large-scale power equipment system problems for metallurgy, petrochemical, coal chemical, electric power, national defense, environmental protection, etc. and an enterprise certificated by international quality, environment and occupational health & safety management system.
I am responsible for the research, planning and digital construction of energy management in the Energy Island Project.

Based on the needs of its own digital transformation, Shaangu Group had established the world's first energy interconnection island operation center in its own Lintong production and manufacturing park to build an intelligent manufacturing base with the lowest energy consumption and emission of ten thousand RMB output value in the global industry.
APJ had nearly 20 years of operation experience in software R & D center, rich experience in energy industry, profound technical accumulation as well as professional software R & D and quality assurance process.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The energy management and control platform is developed in collaboration with APJ and Shaangu Group throughout the whole process to realize energy measurement and collection, energy real-time monitoring, energy dynamic analysis, energy optimization control and energy structure improvement. Meanwhile, the platform could monitor energy media such as the temperature of cold and warm, electricity, wind, water, waste, fire-fighting, security and environment in the region, find abnormal energy consumption, diagnose energy consumption defects, evaluate energy consumption and tap energy saving potential.
Based on energy load prediction, operation optimization tools are applied to guide enterprises to use energy reasonably, promote energy saving and consumption reduction, reduce cost and increase efficiency, promoting enterprises to gradually transform to low-carbon and high-energy. In the development process, the service provider used advanced technologies such as Web configuration visualization, 3D visualization, big data, algorithms and some research results such as energy load prediction, operation optimization.
