The Group is served as a steel producer. The construction of the Project Phase I was started in March 2018 with an annual production scale of 7.32 million tons of iron, 7.47 million tons of steel and 7.1 million tons of steel products (4.1 million tons of high-quality panels and 3 million tons of long steel products of the high-quality special steel).

The main construction includes 3 blast furnaces with the volume of 2922m³, 3 converters with the weight of 100 tons, 2 converters with the weight of 200 tons, 1 rod production line, 4 high-speed wire rod production lines, 1 rod coil composite production line, 1 hot rolled strip production line with the length of 2050mm, 1 acid cleaning production line, 1 hot base and hot galvanizing production line, 1 acid rolling combined production line with the length of 2030mm, 1 continuous annealing production line, 2 hot galvanizing production lines as well as supporting public and auxiliary facilities.

In the Section of Information Technology, I am responsible for carrying out the overall planning and promotion of the company's information construction as well as supervising the design and construction progress of each informatization project. Meanwhile I am also responsible for organizing personnel to accept the project.

To realize the company's information management through the overall development and operation of the system.

The overall design objective of the system: To realize the integration of production and marketing, consistent quality management as well as centralized and consistent production command management. The company takes the information standardization as its base to realize the integration of the company's main production and operation businesses.

With the normalization, standardization and coding of basic data, the company established an integrated working platform for sales, production, quality, logistics and supply business to realize the systematic management of process manufacturing cost collection, laying a solid foundation for cost refinement management. It is mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1. Maximize Transparency of Factory Production
   • Realizing the shortest customer delivery time, the best production capacity, the lowest invalid inventory and the highest product added value.
2. Seamless Connection between Systems
   • Realizing the seamless connection between systems through the unified integration of information flow, business flow and data flow.

   • With the business driven and information support, the operation management would be improved and business process optimization would be promoted to realize business optimization.
4. Accurate Data
   • Realizing the optimization of data structure, unified and homologous data as well as accurate and consistent data.

After the system on line, with the digital information display on the screen, we could have a transparent understanding of the factory production in time and realized the seamless connection between the systems through the unified integration of information flow, business flow and data flow. Besides, it could grasp the overall information more intuitively and quickly as well as improve the overall work efficiency availably.
