What business challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?

Although the company has been established for many years, it still does not have a set of self-owned and perfect management system, so we decide to find a development team in the market to solve this problem. Our company mainly engages in the VR field, but the price of establishing a self-owned management system team is too expensive.

What is the team composition?

The Project Manager was responsible for the docking work and communication at the beginning of the whole process. First, we started to sign the contract, conduct the customer requirement survey and then draw the prototype of the product.

After we had determined the prototype, the designer started to work and determine the style draft with us. After the style draft had been checked, it means that the acceptance design was completed, so we could enter in the development process.

The development process was completed while the test stage was beginning, the interface joint commissioning would be completed on the test stage. Besides, the products need to apply for the software copyright. Finally, online was the last step!

At the beginning, the service provider went to Beijing for the requirement survey. After the survey was completed, the service provider communicated with us online at any time. In the preparation stage for online, the service provider went to Beijing for the product training.

Generally, they could give the project solutions on the same day. After completing phase I, we also signed a contract with this company about the phase II.
