Also, they dig into what skills and competencies are essential for hiring companies and do their best to match that. Their team members met the high bar of our expectations. There is nothing special on my mind, one point raised is about those contractors who are fully integrated into the native team of ours, in some cases, their on-call participation is essential, especially in small teams and teams that release to productions.
