We are a company operating in Switzerland for the import and distribution of cosmetic products. I am the managing director.

For what projects/services did your company hire MINT Process Solutions GmbH?

We supply all drugstores and pharmacies throughout Switzerland with the best cosmetics. We meet the highest standards and this includes having a defined process for feedback and complaints. Until now, this was done via E-Mail. Here a more professional approach was needed and we wanted to have a feedback portal for our customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was looking for a consulting company that can support me in the whole process from conception to implementation. I found MINT via Google and contacted them. From the beginning they were very professional, fast and reliable.

We first analyzed and discussed the complaint process together. I quickly noticed that the MINT colleagues have a clear understanding of processes. Then we modeled the process graphically and defined what has to happen per work step. Together we built a customer portal where my customers can enter their feedback. These are centrally displayed to my customer support team as a to-do list and each feedback is systematically processed.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A senior consultant was responsible for the business view and was my direct contact. In the background, two other people were involved in the technical implementation and testing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My customers now have a centralized portal where they can enter their feedback and complaints. Not that we have many complaints, but when someone is not satisfied, it is even more important to enable easy communication. This is what we have achieved. We handle complaints about 40% more efficiently and 100% of all complaints are handled, as none get lost in the email inbox.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything went smoothly. Within about a month we were ready. MINT was always reliable and the quality met the highest standards.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about MINT is how fast they were able to put themselves in the process. Unfortunately, this is often not the case when talking to technicians.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really.

Gralsen International is a global food trading company, connecting framers with supermarkets, importers and food industry. I am founder and managing director of the company.

The main goal for MINT process Solutions GmbH was to analyze, optimize and finally digitalize our procurement process. Due to our wide rang of products and different legal aspects in the different countries, it was important having such a competent, innovative and creative partner with us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched for a flexible company in Switzerland, that was able to convince me by presenting their solution in a easy and understandable way. Out of four presentations, MINT process Solutions GmbH was our favourit.

First step was the analisis of our procurement process and figure out the critical points. Next task was to define one unique process that fits for all our products, origins and destinations. Then it was about digitalize the whole process.

Marc Jenny, who is founder and partner of MINT process Solutions GmbH worked with us from beginning of the project until the end of the implementation. Two developer supported him in the background.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our procurement process became much more efficient. I average we spend about 50% less time then before. We inmediately noticed the great reduction of cost.

Great. They were absolutely reliable, always on time for meetings, and ready with the required results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am still impressed how fast MINT process Solutions GmbH understood our specific and complex process, and how big benefit is.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

From my point of view, the realization of the project could have been faster. However, as I understand they handle a lot of projects at the same time due to the high demand. So, all good and I am very thankful for the outcome of this project.

Our company grew very fast (1-3 Employee / month). Our processes couldnt go that fast so we had quite a chaos. On top of that we wanted to automate a couple of things with MINT.

We did a evaluation of 10 Vendors, while interviewing 5 of them multiple times. Deciding factors were: - reliability - experience in growth cases - handsome approach / agility

We described the process in detail to MINT from a technical perspective. MINT has designed and presented it graphically. Subsequently, it was defined per process step how the process must behave. Start point was a web-based input mask, in which the project could be started.

Subsequently, it was defined for each step how the process should behave and which information must be processed and when. We worked iteratively and achieved the desired result quickly.

We had one contact person for the business request and one for the technical implementation. Both were Consultants.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result was a digital process for managing and executing projects. Our various teams can now work together collaboratively and are notified whenever they have to do a task. In addition, they are guided directly to the right place in the process and add their information.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very smooth. We could learn a lot from them on how to organize good projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very agile and were quick learners. To jump into a special business model and fully understand it was managed excellent from MINT.

I work as a project manager in a software company that sells, customizes and supports software along the value chain.

For what projects/services did your company hire MINT Process Solutions GmbH, and what were your goals?

After the sale is closed, the project opening process starts. Until now, this process was based on different checklists, which were not clearly structured or linear. In addition, depending on the situation, there were dependencies that prevented a clean execution of the process. As a result, employees were frustrated because they spent far too much time on administrative issues, which had a negative impact on billability. In addition, documents such as contracts, internal agreements or initialization resolutions were not filled out correctly or not filled out at all.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a young dynamic company that had the flexibility to really analyze our not so simple processes and was not just interested in implementing their 0815 solution. After an analysis, we invited MINT and another company to pitch. MINT met us in partnership at eye level and had an understanding of our hands-on problem. In addition, you work with an established solution that has sustainable support. That was also very important to us.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

During the evaluation phase, we had the feeling that our problem was understood very quickly. According to the head of sales, he had already managed a similar project, which gave us an additional good feeling. After the sales closing, we held a kick-off meeting in which our process was analyzed in great detail. From this MINT developed a proposal for process optimization, which was clearly presented in a model. Based on this model, the automation of the process was started. In parallel, MINT conducted workshops with our employees, in which the requirements and the specific objects needed were worked out. In regular intervals we were able to test a prototype and give our feedback, which was directly transferred into the solution. After a short time we received the final solution, which is perfectly customized to our needs and processes. The whole project was transparent, in budget and on time.

The initial contact was with the Head of Sales, who also accompanied us through the evaluation process. The implementation was led by the head of projects. A programmer was also involved a few times.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new solution has had a positive impact on the billability of our employees. Now four months after Go Live and 16 projects launched, this KPI has increased by 3%. A non-measurable factor is the increased satisfaction of our project managers and our back office staff.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

MINT worked efficiently, was transparent on all levels (time, costs, processes) and used understandable and well-structured tools. We communicated in an uncomplicated manner in MS teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We would like to highlight the proactive approach as well as the will to actually make us better as a company. In addition, the partnership-based cooperation was very conducive to the commitment of our employees, which in turn almost completely removed the inhibition threshold for the new solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project billing did not always come regularly, which did not suit our accounting department in each case.
