The team consistently delivered on timelines and continually provided progress reports. They are always realistic and do not over or under estimate - they are fair and put sufficient thought and planning into all their time estimations. 

I never had any concerns over responsiveness. Not only is everyone available and quick to respond, but often anticipate our needs before we even reach out. They set up recurring progress meetings and ensure the audiences are always appropriate and relevant to the conversation to ensure that everyone has a voice that is needed while not adding noise to members not necessary to a topic.

The true definition of a partner. While the team is certainly extremely service-oriented, they act more in partnership than mere service as they focus on the usability and value that is added rather than simply delivering a product or deadline. Everyone is personable, friendly, engaging, dedicated, focused, and nice. The atmosphere is always one of inclusion and positivity.

It is extremely fortunate to say no - there is not any specific area of improvement or change I would make having worked with this company and their amazing team. They truly set the bar and benchmark for what a provider/solution/consultant/vendor/partner should be. They have excelled in a way above any provider that I have worked with before.

mindit.io is developing an automated tool that pays our authors’ royalties. The software automates the entire process, and we only need to upload information from our retailers. In addition, mindit.io is also developing an AI-enabled solution that reads manuscripts and analyzes sentiments to help our authors write better. Both the projects have been built from scratch. 

mindit.io is also doing small design tasks for us, including revamping our website. They are also implementing ad hoc automation and digitization efforts for our company, and they’re documenting our processes. We use them for all our technology needs.

Before working with mindit.io, our royalty process takes us 1–2 days to complete — we’ve reduced that to less than an hour. Our operations have become streamlined due to their automation efforts. 

We’ve saved the equivalent of at least 1–2 full-time employees by automating our processes. I’m 100% satisfied with mindit.io’s work; they’ve exceeded my expectations. 

How did mindit.io perform from a project management standpoint?

mindit.io has been excellent at project management. Their work is always within budget and 90% on time. We meet 1–2 times a week, and we collaborate through emails and cloud-based documents. They’ve been accommodating with my schedule.

mindit.io sets expectations realistically — before they take on a project, they research if they can do it. They won’t take something unless they know they have the skillset for it.

I’ll appreciate it if they can deliver projects quicker, but it’s not a big issue for me. I understand that that’s not possible all the time due to scope changes and other factors.

You need to be on top of the project — ensure you have a clear idea of where you want to go and articulate that. Give mindit.io the necessary permissions to carry things out. Be incredibly responsive to their team, and don’t let the project sit still.
