Djtal is a Swiss AI consultancy and Authorized Zoho Partner (since 2017) based in French-speaking Switzerland. We help Swiss SMEs move from scattered AI use to a structured, supervised organisation. Rather than selling a new platform, we graft supervised AI agents onto the ERP/CRM clients already run - primarily the Zoho ecosystem (One, CRM, Creator, Catalyst, Workdrive, Commerce). Each agent has a written scope, a human supervisor and audited, logged actions. We are our own first client (Customer Zero): seven supervised AI agents operate our communication, business development, administration, finance and knowledge.
