Scope of work & objectives already detailed in a previous question. Project was simple : nothing harmonized/centralized in our environment. Due to a large amount of acquisitions, it was mandatory to consolidate the master data & use AI to ease the job of our collaborators + identify any kind of improvements (including inventory management + cost savings)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Capability to search over a million articles across seven different ERPs in under 0.2 seconds.
• Identifying identical references from same vendors purchased in different regions at different prices...
• Aligning payment terms
• Managing the inventory (life) + availability of the products for our customers
• Using AI to harmonize our product protfolio (including all translations of descriptions from EU countries)
• Real time updates of stock, prices and transactions over a million articles across seven different ERPs.
• Automated reconciliation of 2,000 suppliers across seven different ERPs, identifying the same suppliers despite system discrepancies.
• Identified significant price discrepancies for the same suppliers within subsidiaries of the same group.

• Mainly on-time delivery.
• Delays are caused by extra projects requested by our side, too.
• Deliverables were of better quality than expected, so small delays were justified by far

Young company (maturity will come). minor issue. Make sure to stabilize the team members in such competitive environment
